Friendly, professional service. Technician has been early or on time for each of the three appointments to work out the kinks in a refrigerator/freezer. Fixed a small mistake they made at no cost as well. Would definitely recommend.

I called about an issue with my refrigerator and was given an appointment very quickly. The repairman arrived on time and gave a descriptive diagnosis of the problem. Thankfully ,he was able to repair my refrigerator the same day. I haven't had any problems since it's been repaired. I recommend using this company for all your refrigeration repair needs.

My refrigerator and ice maker went out. Cary came out and got my refrigerator working but the ice maker was broken. He replaced the ice maker with a new one but it still struggled to work (even with the help of the manufacturer). Cary came out multiple times until it was right. Can not recommend him and his company enough. Most companies would have just moved on and called it a faulty unit. He continued to work until it was right. Trustworthy individual that does what he says. Great experience!

My experience with Just Cooling Refrigeration was great. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the issue with my refrigerator in terms that I understood and encouraged me to ask questions. I did not feel pressured to make a rush decision. I would recommend this company and Mr. Cary Edward's to anyone in need of refrigerator repair.

I will spare the details of my pitiful experiences with my Home Warranty and only share how this company went out of their way to help. They did everything and more to getting the project done and even called me to see if there was anything else they needed to know about when Sears was lagging in their response with the warranty. Great customer service, outstanding technician, and all around good, local folks. USE THEM, your only regret will be you didn't know about them before. Smile!

I can’t say enough about how great our experience with Cary was. He came out on time, diagnosed the problem with our LG refrigerator and handled the repair like a pro. From the lady who handled the call on down they were excellent. We highly recommend Cary and Just Cooling.

My home warranty company chose Just Cooling for my freezer repair and the initial diagnostic visit was fine. The technician was friendly, professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. He had to order the parts (2 parts)for repair. Unfortunately he was unable to return for the repair when the parts came in and a different technician came. This one said we only needed one of the parts and only replaced the one. It did work for a little while but here I am a month later and it is now not working again. My home warranty company told me to reach back out to Just cooling to see if they would come back out without the service fee since it was the same problem but they said they couldn't do that because it has been over 30 days and that would be going against their contract with the home warranty company even though they are the ones who said for me to call them. I don't recommend using this company as they clearly do half the job then don't back up their work.

Overall a good experience. Contacting the company and setting up the repair was easy. The telephone staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I did have to wait 2 weeks for the repair but these days waiting on anything is the norm. The technicians arrived within 2hrs of the appointment time but did contact me to inform me of the delay. The technicians were very proficient and completed the work quickly and cleanly. My fridge is cold again and my wife is happy. Thanks Just Cooling!

Courteous person on phone when I called for help with my refrigerator and she gave me a price for the diagnosis trip. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00am next day. I received two reminders on my phone for appointment. Technician arrived on time, protected my floor with mat, quickly found problem, gave me a price of only $50 more than diagnostic fee, and quickly fixed my problem. Told me there was a 30 day warranty on his work. I have pretty high expectations and Just Cooling exceeded them.

Just cooling came highly recommended. Came soon enough. We paid the $100 charge for them to come out and diagnose. The technician told us that he thought it was the starter relay. He said he had to order the part to fix. The technician called after a week. Said they don’t sell that part alone, had to buy the compressor with that part. Would cost $500 + labor. A quick google search found the $18 starter relay that went with our freezer. We just ordered. Don’t know if that will fix the problem? We’ll see.
