This company advertise that they service LG appliances and serve the Alabaster area. I called for service and neither is true! Plus there's a review praising service on LG appliance. Who wrote this review?

Professional and on time service. Even after repairing the ice maker, the small maintenance of vacuuming the dust buildup that was needed was done. I highly recommend their service.

The gentleman service provider was knowledgeable, personable, and assuring! Excellent service. Still must come back to instal compressor but I’m confident that will happen quickly!

Absolutely abhorred with the professionalism of this company. They came out last month, sent by LG, to fix our fridge. He stated that he needed a part but could do a temporary fix. We said yes that would be great. We waited on a call from them to hear about the park and then they informed us that the technician actually fixed it but never let us know this. We kindly requested better communication in the future, as we were left confused. Fast forward a month later, our fridge broke again and they were scheduled to come out by LG today. I called them approximately 10 times. No answer. Left a voicemail, no call back. They refused to speak to me and wouldn’t answer my calls. Finally, I text them and they let me know they weren’t coming. I called LG and asked about this and they said they “didn’t want to come,” supposedly because of the concerns we expressed about communication previously. I am completely blown away by the lack of professionalism and service by this company.

Wonderful company! Accepted the service request from Home Depot and repaired my refrigerator in less than a week. Thanks Cary!

Originally requested repair August 29th and Home Depot turned the repair request over to National Platinum Service who told me on August 31st that they would schedule an appointment for me. After several calls and messages left to this company they finally sent a repairman out
September 25th and even though I had told them in advance which part was needed he came without one and of course my refrigerator wasn't fixed.
Again, multiple calls and finally a repairman came out October 26th
He brought the original part needed but took another part off thus causing my fridge to ultimately stop cooling. After two weeks of a nonworking refrigerator and having to keep my items in an ice chest on the front porch I called Home Depot again and they sent Just Cooling Refrigeration to my rescue.

In less than a week after accepting the service request this company had my refrigerator up and running again.

After waiting 2 1/2 months for repair from the other company I mentioned earlier Just Cooling Refrigeration was like a breath of fresh air!

Cary was polite and did an excellent job repairing my frig, taking great care not to scratch my hardwood floors. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
