Robert was a breath of fresh air after having been scammed by another company. He was very professional by telling me the price, showing up on time, getting to the problem and solving it without fooling around. He was honest, told me what to do before replugging my fridge and it worked like a charm . No up selling, price gouging or playing mind games. I have told my friends about him.

Technician was super great knew exactly what the problem was and went right to it we are very pleased to have called him save us a lot of money thank you so much.

Samsung dryer repair- replaced heating element and drum roller, paid $510 in total. Parts $185 heating element, $75 drum roller. Amazon has these for $60+$20. They are very expensive, I won't recommend them. Final cost is very close to a new dryer, we debated about buying a new one while service person was still here. Since we were paying $100 for diagnosis and needed dryer quickly, we went ahead with the repair.

Came out and did absolutely nothing. Stating that nothing was wrong. Washer still doesn’t work. No inspection or anything was done, but stated that it “might” need a belt.
