Very efficient service , cordial tech that diagnosed the problem very quickly and picked up the part and fixed it within another hour and we were back in business. Would definitely use them again their office staff is very cordial and very efficient

I have a built-in DCS natural gas grill that has been experiencing issues recently. Service came out Monday and analyzed the problem, called back on Wednesday with the recommendation and repaired the grill on Friday. These guys are great and communicate very well throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend them.

We called ServiceCare to repair our Thermadore Refridgerator after our warranty company and another service provider said it couldn’t be fixed and we needed to buy a new unit. Long story short, we ultimately needed one bracket catch in the freezer. The tech came out, diagnosed it, ordered the part and inside of a week, we were fixed and back running perfectly. That’s all we needed. A few hundred bucks vs many thousands. Excellent experience all the way around. Great communication. On-time both visits. Pleasant admin staff to deal with.

I was very pleased this time with the repair of my Kenmore ice machine. Very prompt service on coming out the first time with the repair. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem and a second repair was required. On the second time, the technician was not as prompt. I was given the 7-10am time frame and was the first one on the list to get serviced but the technician did not get to my house until 9:40. I am not unhappy with the service at all just did not like the time frame and being first on the list and him not getting to my house till the end of the time. I will definitely will be using and recommending you all again. For the final fix of my ice machine the technician was very prompt and had the part replaced in no time. Thanks again!

Service people did a great job but the cost of no more than 30 minutes worth of work to replace the belt on a washer was a bit astronomical. Originally I was quoted $400 to do it which was reduced to $300. I appreciate the work they did and getting it done, but I also think this is quite I’m gonna put that on the air cause that was a lot of money high to replace a rubber belt with a total amount of labor time less than 30 minutes. I would have given a higher rating had this this price not been so high.

Very personable service provider. Arrived when promised. Work was done efficiently. Had a little delay in receiving needed part, but that was probably more of a manufacturer logistics issue.

My refrigerator started leaking water at 3p. There was a lot of water coming out onto the floor. The tech showed up within 2 hours and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for better service especially when it's an emergency and late in the day.

My GECafe refrigerator broke on a Friday afternoon.
I called 6 repair places and they all said Monday at the earliest.
Two is the services said 24/7 repairs, but didn’t,

I had a great experience with service care. The repair man parenthesis Jonathan) came to fix my refrigerator and determined that I probably needed a new compressor. He ordered the compressor and returned two weeks later, but after talking to others at the company, they determined that maybe it could be fixed by other means. So instead of putting a new compressor in which would’ve been a couple thousand dollars, he put two new vents, and refilled the system with Freon. The result is my bill ended up being a credit at $400 instead of a charge of $1000.The bottom line is, they looked out for the best service for their customer as opposed to the highest possible bill they could charge.

Highly recommend Service Care! I called on a Wednesday evening, and they had Jonathan come out the next day in the late morning! He was very professional, quick and thorough! He was also very knowledgeable in not only our refrigerator type, but also in others. We will use Service Care again!
