Houston quickly diagnosed my washing machine drainage problem: two of its water valves. It would cost as much to repair as to replace, and it’s 15 years old, so I’m thankful he was able to help me with that decision. Good communication throughout from Susan at the office.

Had some issues with an oven light and noise from the refrigerator in our home, and we had a representative come out. He did a thorough inspection of our fridge to make sure all was well, and we able to repair our oven light quickly and with care. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

First time using Atlas appliance, they came highly recommended by another business for a reason! I was able to get on their schedule quickly, Gabe the technician was prompt and extremely knowledgeable!!! We are really happy we found a quality company!

Appointments were set. Devin showed up right on time. He assessed the problem. Returned two days later(best time for me to be home) and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. Very polite and professional.

Our oven stopped working just after Christmas, and our Atlas Rep, Houston, was out the next day to assess. He was back a couple days later with the part. He was great! Very personable. Arrived on time. Atlas called when he was heading our way. Will definitely use Atlas again for future appliance repairs!!

This was my 1st time to do business with Atlas Repair Service. The customer service, when I called in to make the appointment, was knowledgeable and professional. The service technician they sent out was dressed neatly and handled himself very professionally. I was very impressed!!

I will definitely call Atlas again. The techs showed up not just prompt but early. I didn't care for the problem I faced with my washing machine but that's not their fault! I was glad to have honest and helpful info!

As always, Jordan did a great job fixing my dryer. He's very professional, works neat, and always thanks me for my business. On the other hand, the guy that was with him was nothing short of terrible! No personality, never said hello, and was on his cell phone texting the whole time Jordan was working on my dryer. He doesn't represent Atlas Appliance well at all. Please just send Jordan next time. Thanks! I would have given you 5 stars but the gut with Jordan took it away based on his behavior.

I highly recommend Sam and Atlas Appliance Repair. Sam went above and beyond to find me a dishwasher, had excellent communication through the process, showed up on time, and even offered to replace the battery in my beeping smoke detector! I will definitely use Sam again for any appliance repair jobs and highly recommend him!

We set up an appointment to have someone come look at our washer- where I told them the issue was the water inlet valve. I knew upfront about the $99 diagnostic charge but it was extremely disappointing for the technician to be here 5 minutes and say “yeah it’s the water inlet valve” and quote me almost $500 for that piece. I said $500 was not something we are interested in spending to fix this washer and I was told “you aren’t going to get a new one for that price.” I also feel like I did more to try to fix the problem. I tried cleaning out the filters which the technician did not do while he was here and I would imagine for $99 at least that could have been tried. Very disappointed

My 88-year-old mother needed her washer repaired, and I couldn’t be there when Gabe arrived. He was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to explain everything in a way she could understand. The part was still under warranty, which was a great bonus. Gabe made the whole experience smooth and stress-free for her. I highly recommend Atlas Appliance — and definitely ask for Gabe!

Great service from first phone call to service technician (Damian). 10/10! even though it would not be cost efficient to repair my washer, I would definitely recommend their company. Damian arrived on time and was informative and honest! I had already done some research as to what could be the problem and after he thoroughly inspected my appliance he confirmed exactly what my research had stated.A HONEST service person!!🙌🏾 Thank you Damian and thank you Atlas!
