Heard the company had went out of business so I have been looking for the manufacturer of the windows, no paperwork states the manufacturer. Seriously! If the company is truly gone, the money spent on a lifetime warranty is nothing but paper.

They were so kind when we wanted to meet with them twice before we made our minds up. We have never gotten new windows so we had a lot of questions. They came out to house twice before we made the decision to explain everything. The install was easy and clean. I felt terrible bc my house was a mess and when my kids came home they both said Omg mom they gave us new windows and cleaned our house! LOL

This company vacated their office in Sept/oct 2023. I just spoke with landlord and they stopped paying rent. The window manufacturer never heard of me so my order was never placed and of course my deposit is gone. I’m attaching pics of the vacated office as proof. You will see empty desks, displays, and their sign is gone. The company address is a granite place they subbed space out of. Updated: this family was sued by the state attorney general office for the crimes they committed. Contact them if you were a victim.

This review has been updated. The only lasting negative from this experience has been the length of time it took to receive the windows. We ordered in mid-March and the installation was completed October 31. The initial timeframe we were given was 10-16 weeks. Jody has been very patient and when he received information, he relayed it. As soon as the windows were scheduled to be brought down from the manufacturer, he called to let us know. Due to our flexibility with scheduling, he was able to get them installed first thing the following week. His installers were polite and efficient. They did an excellent job installing all of the windows and cleaned up after themselves when the work was completed. I would definitely utilize them in the future, but bear in mind that there are still delays in the manufacturing process.

Jody and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. From the owner to the installation crew, everyone was wonderful. We got higher quality windows at a price less than others wanted to charge us for lower quality windows. The installers did a fantastic job and cleaned up everything. If not for the new windows, you would not know anyone had been there.

Communication with this company is horrible.We had our windows put in August 2023. There was some small issues after (they and I fixed) and it took awhile to get that fixed. Now I have some other issues that I’ve been calling 2 different numbers and leaving voicemails plus emails. *Edited in February and still no response. One of the issues is the latch is loose on the window. I’ve tried to tighten it but it seems stripped. Also all of my widows gets condensation on them.

After having a terrible experience with a pool crew from Gardendale I started looking around for help. Fortunately I ran across Elite Pool. They fixed what the first company messed up. They were some of the nicest people you could ever meet. After repairing my skimmer facing it started to have a small leak. But just as they told me they stand behind their work. They came out and stopped the leak, and I couldn’t be happier. I wish I had known about them from the beginning. Benjamin is a great guy. He’s the one that stopped my leak. Very courteous and friendly young man.

We have been more than pleased with our results from this company, and our service technician JUSTIN has been absolutely a delightful person to have working for them. He is dedicated to helping us figure out our best options, he’s always eager to make sure we are happy with his performance and he just has the best demeanor about him!!! I would definitely recommend Elite pools for your needs!

Dependable and courteous. My pool went green this year during an illness. Wayne is working on getting it clear and it already looks so much better. Wayne has been great to take pictures of the progress since I was not at home. Highly recommend.

On time for an early appointment. Did a great job removing the pool cover and putting it up in my She Shed. Cleaned the pool as well as possible. They will return to clean again when the stuff in the water sinks to the bottom. Dependable company!

They put a new liner in our inground vinyl liner pool. We have had this pool for over 40 years and this is our 4th liner replacement. Benjamin did a fantastic job. By far the best installation we have ever had. And Fae is the finest pool tech we have ever had.

They replaced my vinyl pool liner and upgraded my pool control panel to include a light in the pool. Job finished Aug 2022.

There were some unforeseen delays due needing to upgrade my electrical system. I am so glad this was discovered! I was sitting on a potentially dangerous problem!!! The electrical work was done by an electrician of my choosing. They took their time with me until I could understand the issue. I had a few questions over several weeks and they were professional and pleasant throughout. Even when the electric portion was being taken care of they kept in contact with me so they knew they’d be ready to install once my electrical system was up to standard requirements.
The pool lining is beautifully installed and system easy to use.

JUST as, if not more, importantly, I have used them throughout the winter to maintain my pool without a cover. I could NOT be more satisfied! I bought my property 2019 and was a new pool owner.
They are the 3rd company I have used.
Now that I am more experienced, I cannot see myself needing to switch due to poor customer service or poor quality maintenance members.

I happily give them 5 stars in the categories of - pool liner replacement with repairs and pool light added - evaluation of pool system, - maintenance.

Charles was very thorough & did an excellent job . Customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend for any pool issues. Fixed my plumbing issue very promptly & got me back in business. Very pleased with the service

I am so pleased with Elite Pools! They were quick to respond to me, courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job. Benjamin was great! He communicated with me on his arrival and was patient in answering all of my questions. I would recommend these guys 100%.

Elite provides my regular maintenance and they installed deck jets in my in ground pool. They are professional and reliable. Quality work. Very good at communication and customer service.

Needed a pool light replaced quickly for a pool party. Elite came through like a champ, and even came back the next day to replace the corroded gasket around the light, which probably caused it to fail in the first place. The technician was great, and very friendly.

Had a great experience with Kyle from Elite Pool Service. He was able to fix the issue we was having with our pool. He took his time answering all the questions we had and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Elite Pool Service!

Elite pools has been servicing our pool since the original build. They’ve handled any maintenance, warranty or equipment issues easily and timely. Kyle, the service manager, is on top of appointments and created a proactive service plan to maintain the long term health of the pool! Highly recommended Kyle and Elite!

Elite's pool technician, Cole was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was needed to handle our algae problem and handled it promptly. I would highly recommend them and will use them for my pool needs going forward.
