First day, 5/22, so far so good. Tech stated 2 weeks (6/6) for our pool to open. Fingers crossed this goal is met!

So we hired Elite to install a pool in our backyard this summer and they did an excellent job for us and really made something special. John and team were very easy to work with and we even got to try out a new pool automation system that makes monitoring the pool a breeze. Can't say enough good things about Elite Pool, very pleased with the work they provided and the attention to detail!

I have used Elite for maintenance issues on a fiberglass pool and they are great. Kyle came out yesterday and not only fixed the problem, but saw a couple of other future issues and gave suggestions on how to prevent or get ahead of. Always very price conscious on the service call and recommendations. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

We’ve been using Elite Pool Services for about 5 years now and they have consistently done an excellent job. They have done the weekly service and are now in the midst of renovating and remodeling it. Our pool is pretty old so it has had a decent amount of issues over the years and Elite has quickly responded and fixed the problems as soon as they could. Kyle has been great at solving our issues with the equipment in the past in a very fair and efficient way and is now doing an excellent job of bringing our equipment into the 21st century. He’s been great to communicate with and very helpful in figuring out all our equipment. Dave, Willie and the construction team have been wonderful to work with, hard working and excellent with communication. And Davina has also been wonderful in organizing cleaning, repairs, cleaning it herself, and helping us to maintain it the best we can! I would absolutely recommend Elite to anyone looking for pool services or pool construction!

Elite Pools renovated and repaired our swimming pool. The pool is a vanishing edge pool with an in floor cleaning system with a lot of plumbing. It is a complicated set up.

The cracks in the shell were repaired, the plumbing was repaired and it was replastered with new tile. It was a huge job. Kyle Handy from Elite was diligent and thorough. He had to make several difficult to diagnose and repair plumbing failures. Thanks to Kyle and Elite, problems solved.

Mike was so friendly and informative. He did a great job and gave me a lot of information about how to care for my rugs and chair. Great job!

Completed a small commercial job for us and did fantastic work. The carpet was very filthy due to years of traffic and neglect and so we thought it was beyond repair, but it was not outside of the skill and care of To the Rescue. Great value as well.

At a time when I had no idea why was up or down, at 2 am ankle deep in septic backup, Mike met me in the middle of the night, took care of everything, offered advice, made me put on shoes to protect myself, took care of me when I couldn’t take care of me. The peace of mind he gave me was worth it. His crew was always courteous and kind, wore masks both for the task and for COVID precautions, and I almost wish I had another reason to hire them (kidding. No more issues, house, please). Seriously, best decision I made in my time of emergency.

To the Rescue thoroughly cleaned my area rugs and restored the appearance completely. They were prompt and notified me when they were on the way to our appointment. Great service. Their estimate was accurate as well.
