Mike and his team have literally come to my rescue and done a fantastic job! When my white curtains had water stains, he was able to come immediately and help me out. I called him again to clean our carpets and they look better than ever...the service is amazing!

They were awesome. Response time was great. Knowledge of how to handle the situation and what to do was great. They just jumped in and started taking care of cleaning up the mess. Taking out damaged flooring and making sure I understood what they were doing. In a time of distress and confusion, they made me feel confident that they were going to handle it to the best ability. They were my calm in confusion.
I would highly recommend them and hoping I never have to have them again, bit would use them in a heartbeat.

To the Rescue cleaned several wool rugs that had been exposed to construction of a home. They did a wonderful job cleaning them. They looked beautiful and clean and smelt great!!
The staff was very friendly and kept you informed about your rugs. Excellent communication on arrival of technicians en route.

We had to call To The Rescue AGAIN within a year for another water disaster...and they were there in a hot second. We already had, had the experience and knew they could be trusted to do everything we needed. Even getting everything formated so the insurance could review our claim without any questions. Great business! They rolled out my rug to inspect it and told me what needed to be done to bring out the color and best results. They were punctual in getting my rug cleaned and even glued back some areas that had come loose on the binding. Very personable and unloaded and loaded my carpet into my car. I would highly recommend!

They are absolutely wonderful!!! Did a great job! Used them years ago on a needlepoint rug & they were fantastic there also! I got all new pads for all my rugs & had a huge Kermin rug cleaned! Looks like new! Lanier & Benny are so knowledgeable & helped move the furniture even!! Very good turn around as they had to take big big to the plant! Very polite & courteous!!! Highly recommend these folks!

My client had a carpet stain from a dog that sneaked upstairs instead of going outside. To the Rescue was able to come a couple weeks after the incident was discovered and remove the stain that we thought may be hopeless. It saved us from having to replace the room’s carpet. We all were very pleased with the outcome & highly recommend To the Rescue for their quality of work and great communication leading up to their arrival.

Mike and the To The Rescue team were outstanding to work with. They were able to identify the issues that several others had missed and develop a plan and solution. They completed the project on time and on budget. Their communication and updates throughout the project were the best of any contractor I’ve ever used. The To the Rescue team has been phenomenal both times we have worked with them. The first being after our house had severe water damage and the second time when a drain was clogged and we had water running under the floors. This occurred on a Friday afternoon and within an hour Freddy arrived, assessed the damage, and went right to work doing everything he could. Mike arrived a few minutes later and was just as helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Freddy was reassuring throughout the process and walked me through everything he was doing and why. I would definitely recommend.
