My call was received by the scheduler/receptionist and I was very pleased with her ability and professionalism. Once the crew came for the call, it appears everything was done as expected, with the exception of chlorine tabs being replaced in the chlorinator. The chamber was left unfilled. I was under the impression that the rather lofty cost included all necessary chemicals.

My pool is covered during Fall & Winter so spring opening & cleaning is a mess. This year I hired Elite to do this work. The technicians were polite, efficient and effective. They did an excellent job. The pool was clean and ready for swimming almost overnight. I’m pleased with my choice. I have contracted with them for seasonal services and Fall closing. I’m sure I will not be disappointed. I would have no reservations about recommending this company.

Had a pressure gauge replaced on the filter earlier this week by Wayne who was very knowledgeable about all operations regarding the pump and filter. Gave me some great tips for maintaining my system. Will definitely ask for him again when any work is needed. Great service all the way around!

Elite did a great job. My filter pump had a bad leak. The normal company I used told me it would be at least 3 weeks. So I did the “repair” myself. Elite showed up a week later since it still had a small leak and Stephen fixed my repair. All good!

Really frustrating experience just trying to get a quote on a new pool. Initially they were super responsive and came out to talk with me. I ended up spending a good bit of time talking through options and they told me they'd get a quote to me. Several months passed and despite several attempts to contact them I still can't get a quote. I did get a number of emails asking if I was satisfied with my service...I'd recommend them if you'd like to get added to an e-mail list but not if you are actually looking for a quote.

Whether you need pool supplies or service, Elite has got you covered! The store employees are so helpful and knowledgeable, and Wayne with the service side of it was SO helpful when he came to the house and answered all of my questions and concerns ( which was a lot cause we’re first time pool owners). We called the store and talked to Shannon about a problem we had been dealing with on our filter, and she immediately told us what we needed and she was absolutely spot on! Can’t say enough good things about Elite Pool Services!

Kyle came to relocate the control panel for my newly purchased pump to a location where I could easily reach it. He explained how the new pump works and how it is more beneficial and effiecient than my old pump. He was very patient with all my questions and tried to explain my system so I would understand how it works. I was very pleased with Kyle. Elite Pools is the one I call for all my pool needs.

This review is complex.

As context, we have been using Elite Pool Services for the first time this summer, paying for 4 months of service staring in May. They asked me to review them on Google.

The office staff are great. If I was just rating them, I would be inclined to give a 4-star review. Shelby has been particularly helpful. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because sometimes it takes a while to get a response, and I was not able to select the day that I would like my pool cleaned.

However, I have had a few issues with the service. Rating the person who services our pool, I would give a 1 or 2-star review.

The first time he came to our house, I attempted to speak with him, but he had headphones in and was not personable. He seemed to act like it was an annoyance that I was talking to him. (I've since decided not to approach him after this happened a couple times.) I was trying to give him a little context into our pool and system. I thought, "It's ok - I don't pay him to be personable. As long as he can keep my pool looking nice, I am happy." He did assure me that he would take care of the algae starting to form on the sides of the pool. I made the assumption that Elite pool services would come back to vacuum up all the dead algae after treating it.

However, I soon realized they would leave that job to me. After a few weeks of this, I found that I was still spending a significant amount of time vacuuming my pool to waste every week. In fact, I was spending more time on the pool than he was. I had also observed that he never vacuumed it to waste, and wondered if that might be part of the problem.
One week, I had to reschedule service and thus a different crew of two guys came out on another day of the week. They seemed to handle the pool cleaning more thoroughly, as I didn't have to do as much work that week. The next week, the same cleaner was back and I was having to put a significant amount of work into the pool again. I mentioned this to the office staff and they said they would talk with the cleaner and hopefully things would be better. After this, I did notice he was much more thorough and attacked the algae much better, vacuuming to waste for the first time all summer. And after this cleaning, I didn't have to do any work on the pool that week. I was thinking, "Where has this been all summer?"

But then, when I went out to check behind him, I noticed he left the pump running when the water level was too low. You'd think they'd know now to leave the pool pump running with no water pressure. Isn't that like pool service 101 or something? I made a comment about this to the staff but didn't get a response after over a week. I'm nervous this will happen again. As the pool owner, I am responsible for maintaining the water level. But, if he services the pool, draining the water level to below the skimmer, I would expect him to shut the pump off before leaving to avoid damaging my system.

Something else I've noticed about the service person is that he seems lazy. Once, some kids had left some diving rings in the bottom of the pool when he came to clean. Instead of scooping them out and putting them on the pool deck, I watched him fling them out into the yard haphazardly. I later walked around the yard and picked them up, but wondered why he didn't just take the time to do that himself.

Overall, while I do recommend Elite Pools as a retail store, I sadly cannot in good conscience recommend Elite Pool Services. I spend good money to have them clean our pool, and yet have spent more time cleaning my pool than they have. I wish I could get partially refunded for the poor service but am now just hoping that the last couple months of service are better than the first, since I have talked with the office staff. I really don't like to complain about people, but folks pay good money for this type of thing and should get better service than this.

I hired Elite Pool Service to open my above ground pool. The technician was prompt but he was unable to complete the job on the first day (July 1st) because of missing parts. He ordered the missing pieces but wasn’t sure if he could come back before the 4th of July. I expressed my desire to have the pool open by then and he made it happen. No excuses, just results! Thanks Elite Pool Service! I will definitely use your service again!

Kyle helped us with our hot tub issues with ease. Fingers crossed they have the part and we can move on from there. His expertise and great service exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

The maintenance service is excellent. I reluctantly stopped doing it myself when the pool was renovated, which was itself beautifully done, and am glad I did turn it over to them. They update you weekly on the state of the pool and seem to take pride in their work. The ratio of time swimming and enjoying the pool to time working on it is so much better. The new surfacing material, filtration system and decking transformed an eyesore into a kind of joyful presence.

I was recently widowed and Creative Pools came out and did everything necessary to close my pool for the winter. Their personnel are not only efficient and quick, they are polite and kind. I really appreciate the way they handled a difficult situation. I plan on having them do the maintenance next year. I definitely recommend them.

Elite Pools does the maintenance and servicing weekly on my hot tub, and they do a great job.

Elite Pool Service was an excellent choice for refurbishing our old pool. Their team was very professional, working rapidly to remove all of the old plaster and tiles.
