Bobby York was our advisor and I learned so much from him about various gutter systems, including the kind we have, which are not working well for us. He did a professional video of our gutters as he explained, and he offered us a number of financial options that were very reasonable. Once we decide, we will use them for sure!

I meet Bobby, he explained the Southern Industry history and their background of products. He showed me samples and their colors. We went over estimated cost. We came too an agreement what I could do an what he could do. Bobby was nice and friendly, not pushing a sale's on me strictly business.

Bobby York from Southern met us on time and was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He brought up questions that we had not thought of but would impact our project. It was a real pleasure doing business with such a knowledgeable person.

Hi! I gave a 4/5 rating because Ben and Scott were very nice. I think the time of the quote could have been used more wisely. It could have all been completed within 45 minutes. When someone shares the cost is more than expected, please stop and really think of what they may be experiencing in their lives. Of course, Scott did most of the talking and he is such a funny guy. His presentation was good. Your product is going to be out some people's budget, as is the case here. I allocated $8k for this project, so $18k is way more uncomfortable for us both. I really want siding for aesthetic purposes not for need. The reason homeowners don't force their spouses to be there is because the time away from their jobs is not appreciated and one of us can definitely make the decision on cost alone. Thanks for the experience, sales is an interesting career.

Was not happy with the fit of the windows. When they were installed I could see light around the top of the window. Installer was not going to do anything to fill in this area. They put trim on the outside and inside and you could not see the light. It was satisfactory to them. Not to me. The installer put calk in the area. Where the light was. Does not seem like that should have to happen!

Megan was punctual, arriving just ahead of our scheduled appt time. She was organized, well prepared and displayed extensive product knowledge. Despite hot sun and weather, her determination, efforts & work ethic are obvious. An excellent profession for Southern Industries’ organization👍

My Window installers were Very friendly they did a great job and they cleaned up everything after

UGG was contracted to install gutters on my house the 2nd week of September. After calling weekly and the company continually scheduling and rescheduling the installation, the gutters were finally installed the 2nd week of January. Then UGG left there equipment in both my yard and the right of way blocking city pedestrian traffic for 8 days now, and the issue remains unresolved. No matter the quality of their product, UGG's service and customer relations cannot be recommended.

We needed vinyl siding installed over our 35yo Masonite siding. Heather was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, personable, calm and kind. When we need help with our next project she will be our rep! Alden Marrow was a great help as well!

Very professional, courteous and explained things very well, loved that he and Megan were not pushy sales persons but showed us the products on the lower and upper end of the cost...Would recommend them for siding and windows.

The two people who provided us our quote were incredibly sweet and kind. This review is nothing against them! But the time consuming presentation about the founder of the company was completely unnecessary. We’ve also had quotes from 5 other companies, and Southern Industries was just too high for us. I let them know that we will not be proceeding with their business, and I have literally been called twice a day, every single day since then. At this point I’m blocking every number with a Southern Industries caller ID. I understand you’re just doing your job and wanting to get business, but consider your sales approach is potentially pushing customers away. Know your audience. Pressuring is very unappealing.

Quick, knowlegable and understanding when the AI tried to cancel my appointment. Dude knows his stuff and has an ear for additional products you may need (my house needs a lot, he made a package that I would be proud of and took care of all those needs).

I would do this again and he didnt mind me touching the shingle examples because I wanted industrial tough (I got scammed by masonite. He walked me though composition warantee and made sure I was ok with the better product).

It was a very good experience. Mr. Beau explained everything and told me how I can save on getting the gutters done with the perks. He sent a proposal to my wife and I and he'll get back in touch with us early next week. He's vey courteous and professional.

DO NOT do business with this company. They take your money and refuse to call you back to set up instillation. The only way we can get them to answer the phone is to use different phone numbers so they don't know it is you. If they would have been truthful from the beginning and told me that the Huntsville office would be handling my job I would have never done it.

Mrs. Megan came by to help us out on our consultation, she was super respectful and highly professional. Her presentation was concise and easy to understand.

We met Noah Pillault who represented Southern Industries and immediately we were hooked. The presentation he gave was professional and easy to follow. We liked the materials presented to us and the price was great. They turned our bathtub into a beautiful walk-in-shower. We just love the quickness in which it was done, one day and we even had a power failure. The workers work right on through that and got the job done.

Megan provided full demonstration and thorough explanation of options, very helpful and informative review of options and materials as well as company background information. Always good to know company reputation and quality of work.

The guys that came were great. They gave me all the details about Everything I needed to know about replacing my crappy windows. They also showed my physically the widows I will expect to get.
