I would highly recommend Sweeple to anyone looking for a sparkling clean office. We have been using them for a couple of months and I have never seen our environment so clean. Added bonus, their employees are very friendly.

I pretty much never leave reviews, but we were completely blown away by the service we got from Sweeple. I called half a dozen other cleaning services first and was disappointed the the lack of flexibility with scheduling, the general customer service, and the costs, so I was already pretty dejected and moody when I called Sweeple.

Right off the bat, their customer service was exceptional, the lady that spoke with me each time was friendly and genuinely trying to work with me to find the best options and time.
The date we scheduled came and the lady who was to do our home had a car issue, but they worked together to get her there practically first thing in the morning with no waffling or flakiness.
Our cleaning tech, Daja, could not have been better. My partner said he doesn’t think the house ever looked this clean, even when we first moved in. She stayed SIX HOURS to do the deep cleaning, at no additional cost, to prepare our house for inspection.
The cost for our deep clean was LOWER than the quotes on a ‘general cleaning’ I got from every other service in our area.
Also, the man who drove her there, since her car was still out, told my partner he mows lawns, so we will definitely be doing that in the future as well.

I know this is a lengthy, rambling positive review, but most hirable home services make you feel like you’ve been scammed out of your money, or like you’re a hassle to them, or wondering if they’re even gonna show up any time within the time window they gave you. But we didn’t experience any of that this time, so I think it’s worth writing it all down.

Sweeple is great! They are easy to get in contact with and are very timely in their responses. Specifically, Vickie did an amazing job cleaning my house. She spent a lot of time making sure the house was clean and made sure I was happy with it. I highly recommend Sweeple if you are looking for a cleaning service in the Birmingham area!

Halie has done it again! …An AMAZING job! She is always on time and often early…never late! Halie is thorough and thoughful and tremendously efficient. She asks for us to look over the house in case there is something she missed…which she rarely does. Her boss is so involved as well. This boss cares about the people that work for her…and follows up with customers. Very well-organized and efficient company. Thanks to you both. Keep it up:))))

Our new cleaning professional is Halie!!!! And she IS professional. Halie is prepared with clean tools that have no dust or dirt from her other cleaning jobs. That is a huge plus! She brings her gear, and it is immaculate…like her cleaning. She is on time and very consciencence. Halie did exactly like we ask. She takes direction well because she wants her clients to be happy with their home. She is polite, well-groomed, understanding and grateful for the work. Halie is one of a kind…a gem…she goes above and beyond. We are blessed. And sticking with her and requesting her from now on.

She was on time, respectful, and prepared she came in and left right back out she was fast she cleans very well I was hesitant but something told me to book her I love her work. I will be booking her again.

This was my first time using The Cleaning Authority, I booked a move in deep cleaning and I was specific with the areas I would like cleaned. The cleaning was inconsistent, there were several areas that were not cleaned properly or cleaned at all. I reach back out to let them know, and even provided pictures where there was still dirt and dust left in the cabinets and certain other areas. They were nice enough to send back out another crew to re-clean the areas and they still did not get the areas cleaned very well in detail. Both cleanings felt rushed and they finished before the
Initiated timeframe. For a deep clean, I expect much more effort into the service and no dirt left behind. It was very disappointing to pay for a service and not get the quality that was promised. I will not be using The Cleaning Authority again.

Emmily and Katerine were thorough and skilled all things clean!!! I did not know it was possible for my house to look and feel so clean. Thank you Ladies for a job well done!

I've been using the Cleaning Authority for a couple of years now. They are reliable and responsive. The team that comes is always professional and do a great job. Most recently, Angela and Claudia have been the team working and they did an excellent job. We have been very pleased.

Very happy with how our home looks always after our wonderful ladies leave- a special thank you to Ingrid and Claudia! They also brought Maelis along today and she did a wonderful job as well! Thank you ladies!

Jasmine and Autumn were so nice. Was able to communicate easily. Would like to have them come back again.

I booked a cleaning and consultation a week ago. Today, a few hours before someone was supposed to come, I get a text that they've canceled my appointment for that evening because "we don’t permit our employees to deal with litter boxes or cat feces." Two things. First, why couldn't you tell me this a week ago so I could make other arrangements? Second, why couldn't you politely let me know that, but provide normal cleaning services like bathroom cleaning, mopping, etc.? I would understand not being able to change a litterbox or clean up after my elderly cat if she had an accident, but that doesn't mean it's the only thing that needs cleaning, and there's no reason to not communicate this in a timely manner. I cleared my whole evening to be home for this. Just unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Alicia & Deily showed up right on time. Got right to work. Very professional when needing to ask me questions. They took very good care of anything they had to move when cleaning. They even made our kid's beds! The house smelled great and was very clean when they were done! I highly recommend using the Cleaning Authority to take cleaning off your plate!
