The Cleaning Authority does great work. They do in two hours what it takes me two weeks to do Luz and Mary did a great job today!

I would recommend The Cleaning Authority. Belen and Lesly cleaned my house today and did a fantastic job. I hope to see them again as they were very thorough, which I don’t have time for right now. Not sure what I would do without TCA!

Mariana and Yuleydi arrived at the expected time and were courteous and pleasant. Both ladies worked constantly for two hours. This was my first cleaning and I was mostly very happy with their work. My only suggestion is to cover the bed with a trash bag or something before cleaning the ceiling fan, as major dust landed on my navy bedspread. Neither lady appeared to speak any English. I would wish one of the team members to be able to communicate without the use of a phone translation app. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.

The Cleaning Authority does a great job, the crew of Belen and Lesliveth are great, personable and friendly while doing their jobs as unobtrousively as possible which is important as I work from home.

After being unimpressed with a different cleaning company, I was hesitant to try again. But the other reviews gave me hope that The Cleaning Authority might be different, and it really is! I almost cried when I saw how clean and tidy Katherine and Eileen left my house. Their attention to detail is incredible. It feels like staying in a hotel!

Everything looked great. The girls were expedient and mindful. The only one thing that I would ask is that the stove hood vent be cleaned a little better? It’s glass and stainless steel. That looks pretty bad after they leave.

I have been a customer for maybe around a year. I have never had a cleaning service before that, so this was the first place I tried and I must be lucky because they are awesome! I have regularly scheduled cleanings and it is usually Luz and another person (yesterday it was Nery). They did a fantastic job!! Not only is everything impeccable by the time they leave, but they go the extra mile to do special little things - folding the tissue into triangles, making a cool shape out of one paper towel, fluffing pillows and folding blankets, arranging things in a slightly new way that makes me feel like my house is now a five star hotel. The cleaning solution they use is very mild and pleasant smelling. Our elderly dog and cat love them, too. They are always so sweet to our pets. It's a great experience and I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly cleaning service!

The CA started off great but the cleaners became too comfortable. My sink was left full of dishes, no high or low dusting, candy dish emptied and lots of giggling. The request to cancel my service has gone ignored!
