Team 6 from Shelby county came in today and did a great job! Everyone went to work fast and were very professional and thorough in doing their jobs.

I have used The Maids every other week for years. My team lead is Pamela and she was assisted by Oneka and Jasmine. They do a wonderful job and I am very particular. It is a stress reliever for me to have a clean home that I did not have to do.

The Maids came and deep cleaned my house this week. It was amazing to have help. Thank you Pam, Oneka, & Robbie for all your hard work! I appreciate all the attention to details while cleaning. My house looks and feels incredible!!

The Maids in Shelby County scheduled my cleaning date for Feb. 3rf 2026. When I called the Friday before my service was to start they told me they don't service Harpersville, Alabama. This comoany is unorganized, unprofessional and extremely expensive for their first time visit. I keep a clean house, so it would have been easy money. Harpersville is in Shelby County so add false advertising to this review.

Helped me a lot even though they couldn't do the service I needed and gave me referrals to people who could! Amazing customer service.
They gave me advice and suggestions and information regarding cleaning needs after mold remediation construction. Even though they knew I wouldn't be a paying customer they still took the time to help me get my needs met.

Shelia, Shelby, and Robbie did an excellent job deep cleaning my home. I’m pretty particular, and anything I felt needed an extra touch, they happily went over again without hesitation. They remained pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. When I had a question about the final price quoted by the customer service team, they addressed it promptly and resolved the issue quickly.

Shelby County 6.. sheila, Maggie, Shelby, and Jessica… were amazing everything smells so nice and fresh. They did a fabulous job professional In-N-Out very quickly and another plus they helped or rather they got two birds that were stuck on my back porch back to the great outdoors… now that’s going above and beyond, and I thank these ladies so much.!!!

Natalie will surprise you with higher rates than she quotes you after she cleans a few times. She also tried to charge me a vacuum instead of apologizing for smearing dog poop in my rug. My dogs are potty pad trained and I can only assume she brought it in my home from the last cleaning she did... Avoid these people
