I am an absolute stickler for CLEAN. I have left many reviews for cleaning services, but this is my first five-star review and trust me....these people EARNED IT. We were putting our house on the market and with four HUGE dogs living in the house with us, the place was in need of some serious cleaning. Our realtor wanted us to get an estimate on painting the trim and baseboards because they were brown instead of their original white. We did. It was a few thousand dollars. We could not afford to do that. So instead, I hired the cleaning professionals of Clean Technique. I ordered the works. Baseboards, oven cleaning, window cleaning, refrigerator cleaning (inside and out), in addition to the overall "regular" cleaning service. They were there for HOURS. When I got home, I felt like I walked in to a brand new house! The baseboards were GLEAMING white. The oven...the refrigerator....sparkling clean. Every surface was pristine. They moved furniture to clean behind it. The windows looked brand new. I was positively bowled over by the cleanliness of my house. And our baseboards were WHITE!!! I am incredibly happy with their service and will be hiring them to come clean when we move in to our new home. You might find someone to do your cleaning job cheaper, but you will NOT find anyone who will do it better.

These ladies did a great job so I didn't have to do all that Spring cleaning I do this time of year. I also had them come back two weeks later for a standard clean and will continue to do so. I contacted the company to do a deep clean on 3 bathrooms in an older home that was empty. It was previously a rental house that my daughter had bought. I was quoted $300. They were great in that they set me up for the next day. The crew can in and was very professional and polite. 3 girls, 3 three bathrooms. They were there less than an hour.
This house was a rental so that is why I wanted a “deep clean”. What I got was a simple cleaning. There was nothing deep about it. I talked with the one girl who seemed to be in charge and pointed out that floor was not really clean. She passed the flat mop back over the floor stating that they did the best they could considering the age of the house. I contacted the owner who again stated that because of the age of the house they really could not get grout or floor any cleaner. Well there was dirt partials and hair still on floor after they left. It was still dirty. I took a Clorox cleanup cloth and scrubbed a small area and got up gunk off the floor. My complaint is that it was not a deep clean and the overall job was fair. I hate to put a bad review because the girls were so nice but it is what it is. I do have to say the owner lowered the price to $175.

Lost count on how many years I’ve used Clean Technique! They consistently do great work! Recently had them for a special clean after having our hardwoods refinished. The house was spotless!

We had just completed a couple of projects within the home and needed to do a deep clean. They came out and did a walk through with my wife and agreed on the scope of services needed. On the day the cleaning was scheduled, the team showed up on time and were ready to work. I was very impressed by the energy and the attitude displayed. Their attention to detail was very professional and the quality of the work was superb.

I have been using Clean Technique for about a year. I was always pleased with the service. Last time they came I was not very pleased with the job, I sent a text with the issues and they had 4 ladies in the next day for a redo. I think they did a few extras. That is the best kind of customer service. I highly recommend you them.

I have used their services off and own over several years. These have been my experiences: First, there is only me and my husband in the house. I do a good job keeping the house, but have called on them several times . Once when I broke my foot and had to be non-weight bearIng for 6 weeks. Most of the other times have been calls for help during the Holiday season. I would book usually starting in Septemeber through January. Every time the owner has required a "deep cleaning" before they could start regular bi-weekly cleanings. In the cases of those "deep cleanings", I only got what you would expect from a weekly cleaning. They did offer to have them come back, which I accepted the first time, but no more. One time when doing a weekly cleaning (and I was even at the house), they left after only being here 30 min. I called about that, and they did return...but, no explanation for why they left w/o doing the job. As I generally would leave while they were here, makes you wonder about those other times. I have always tipped generously, in cash to all the girls (usually 3 to 4 each trip.) You may ask why I kept calling them back. The answer is bc they are always prompt, the girls are nice, they bring their own supplies and equipment, they are in and out sooner than one person could clean...and the owner has been agreeable to my intermittent requests for help. This year when I called, she said they weren't offerIng seasonal cleaning, but did offer the general clean...which I took out of desperation...but, disappointed again. I was told the cleaning (based on my square footage which they certainly are familiar with) would take 4 hours. My house was completely in order, no obstacles and I had already stripped my bed so they could dust the head and footboard well without linen in the way...and said I'll remake it. They asked for special requests and I said I need thorough dusting and bathroom and kitchen cabinets wiped down well...both, they did not complete. They even left one of their rags hanging on a towel rack (which wasn't even dusted) and left after only 2.5 hours...for which I paid $495. Great concept, just poor consistency.

We were very pleased with Clean Technique. We used them for a deep clean of a house we are selling and they did a fantastic job. They provided a free in home estimate and explained exactly what they would do and how many people it would take and how long. The cleaning team worked 6 hours and did an absolutely amazing job! It’s the best this house has looked in years. Super friendly employees! I will definitely use them again.
