As usual, Bonnie, Vanessa and the rest of the MAIDS team did an outstanding job. They have been cleaning my home for the last seven years and never cease to amaze me with their professionalism and attention to detail. Anything I need that’s out of the ordinary, all I have to do is call and ask and it’s taken care of.

Another great job by Shelia’s team today. I have used The Maids for nine years. They are reliable and professional. They clean baseboards, blinds and other spots I would never get around to doing. They send a team large enough to finish quickly. Highly recommend.

Last week, Sheila, Jaden and Alana cleaned my house and did an excellent job. They are always on time and clean thoroughly in a reasonable time. Also, while I may move things around from cleaning to cleaning - this team gets the job done with little or no questions. I'm always pleased with the results from the Maids and especially with this team!

Vanessa and her team from Shelby County always do a great job! One of the best things about them is they are consistent! They perform excellently every time. I don't have to worry about whether they'll show up. And, they are the sweetest people to work with. Vanessa, Randa, Shelby and Olivia are all top notch!

This is a review for the first initial cleaning and the first follow-up.
Staff members on first visit are Pamela, Abby, Many, Nmaya Mattie. All staff members worked hard on a dusty house, answered my questions and made sure all areas were cleaned. Hard working crew and very nice people. I was so pleased with the work i signed up for your monthly services.
The first monthly service was performed by Vanessa, Mia and Randi. Housekeepers were professional, responsive, on time and did good quality work. They were also personable and enjoyed their work.

We have never used a cleaning service but with sports in full swing and an infant that is not sleeping. We had to do something! The maids were our first call. In fact I just requested a quote from their website and was scheduled very quickly!

Mandy, Kayla, Maggie, and Mya did an excellent job and didn’t miss a spot. They made sure I was happy with everything before they did a final mop up. They work efficiently and they worked well together! Very professional team. Would recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely blown away by my team of ladies ( Lead Pamela with Kayla, Megan, and Shelby) who come to my home on the same day every two weeks to clean my home. Everything is cleaned and presented exactly like I would do it. I'm very particular (sometimes hard to please) and I have asked for certain special details which they do for me with smiles and cheer every time! I respect everything they do. I know how hard housework is. I'm so glad I was recommended by a friend to call "The Maids of Shelby County". Shelby County Team Two is a great team!

I was charged $306 for an 1,100 sq ft condo that was basically empty except for large furniture (bedroom, sofa, kitchen table). Initially I noticed hairs left on the toilet, sinks, refrigerator, and spots on the counter in which the maids returned and took care of. But as I started fully moving in, I noticed dust and trash left on shelves, windowsills, inside cabinets, and on the floors. I also found a sticky cabinet handle. I reached back out to the maids via text and email 4 times and have not heard back from them. I had to go back and re-clean everything. $306 is a lot of money for a deep clean of a small empty condo to have not it done right and receive no response is unacceptable.

edit: I was reached back out to and they were able to correct the situation.
