Unlimited Lawn Care came out when they said were and was early and on time, Mario and Bill were very friendly and professional. From our treatment our grass is already looking greener and fuller and we are looking forward to doing business with them in the future!

I have been in sales for over 20 years and know a good salesman when I meet one. Jordan Wilson was great at advising me of the value proposition Unlimited Lawn Care had to offer. Unlimited Lawn Care has helped make my yard look great! Jordan and his boss Coner came out and set up my services. They were both very cordial and professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They were both extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. I would recommend unlimited Lawn Care and make sure to ask for Jordan as your salesman.

Great company with employees who actually care, show up when they are supposed to and fully do the job. Left a competitor who TRUly didn't care, wouldn't show up, would treat half the yard and I'll never look back. Technican Jonathan woolen did a great job today and made sure every area of our lawn was treated and even stopped to say hi to our goats. Great company highly recommended.

UPDATE 07-26-24: STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I found myself always on the phone trying to figure out why they did not come out each month even though my account was being deducted $80 per month. No clear indications of when the next service would be until you called with a compliant or question. I called to cancel because I found out that they could not verify if they treated by yard for crabgrass. When they did service my yard, my account would note: "Saw crabgrass in your yard today." Well I hired them to treat the weeds but apparently, that was not done. Final straw, the new tech stated that he did not understand why he was sent to my yard when he only could fertilize based on the equipment he had available to him. That was the final straw. Oh, and i was told that I would get a 'final bill". For what??? I have been paying $80 since March 2024.. you have been out 3 times only!!!! Stay clear!

One call and I was able to start the process of reclaiming my lawn from weeds. My technician, Jonathan Wooten, always provides detailed reports of treatments provided and what issues were found. I have noticed a change in the look of my lawn with just a few treatments. I understand it is a process and I can't wait to see the final results.

When My lawn began to have brown areas and I contacted unlimited lawns immediately. Bobby came out and treated the area within a week. He assured me that his treatment would take care of the issue. Great support from this team.

My lawn was a mess. I had used another lawn care company for years and thought it was never going to get any better. My yard was the worse on the block 😪. I visited a friend and her yard was AMAZING. She told me about Unlimited Lawn Care and they came out and started caring for my lawn. They have done a great job for over 2 years. Hunter Sadberry came out on 4/16 to service my lawn he was very friendly and explain the process. I'm very please with Unlimited Lawn Care.

Johnathan Woolen has done a fantastic job on our yard. He is very professional and reliable. I like the accountability system that Unlimited Lawncare exemplifies when it comes to service days/times. I know each time my yard will be serviced.

I had never purchased any lawn care service before but I was very pleased with how easy it was. Colt was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions about what I was buying and what I could expect from the services they provide. I would gladly recommend anyone to Unlimited as long as Colt is the one they buy from.

Beware of high ratings. As a marketing push, they gave a $10 discount for a positive review.

6/2024 update. I thought service issues from my first year with Unlimited wouldn't continue when I signed a contract for a second year. Same issues like falsified service calls, tech turnover and burned shrubs are occurring and I'm just 6 weeks into the second year. Now they want me to pay for service calls that weren't on my agreed upon schedule.

I asked to speak with the local manager, Michael, twice and he never called. I would have high levels of caution before committing to Unlimited Lawn Care.

Unlimited Lawn Care does an outstanding job. They have taken care of my yard for the past few years and it has never looked better. Lush green lawn!!

I’ve had the best experience with Unlimited Lawn Care. I had a tough yard and they helped the weeds disappear. The grass was healthier, greener, and fuller. They also helped with mosquito control. Coner Reed specifically has been the most helpful. He has come out multiple times to discuss proper treatment and helped us get to where we need.

Update: I am not one to update my reviews and sad about the results, but felt this was necessary. The level of quality dropped drastically with changes they made internally. Getting in contact with the new rep proved very difficult and I started receiving half treatments. When I called to let them know about it, they didn’t seem to believe me, had me send pictures to prove and then took an additional 7 days to complete the job. In addition, I had more weeds than ever and areas of the yard for weed control continued to be skipped. After giving a chance of improvement, I did not see sufficient results and requested a refund. I had to call 2 separate times to get this processed (over the course of 10 days), and they couldn’t give me an itemized refund list. Lastly, they have continued to call even though I have expressed my concerns and rationale for canceling.

Scheduling service is awful here; they say they’re coming to treat:, no show, no text, no call. The management is terrible, alway apologizing with more of the same. You pay but they don’t show up and seem to have no way of tracking your service appointment.They have left me crying because, “they just don’t honor appointments.” And…nothing changes even with a promise. They also won’t allow you to speak to a manager/owner.

We have used Unlimited Lawn Care for some time now and have only had a couple of problems with weeds. The last time I called for a retreatment, a new technician Jonathan Woolen, came out, explained the problem, and took care if it. When he returned in two weeks, the yard was already looking much better and he applied this months treatment. It is much healthier and we are satisfied with him and the company.

The other day was our first service. Our tech keeton was very courteous and professional. When I asked him he explained what he was doing and why. We now have Poa Annua in the yard and later in the summer will have Nut Sedge. I look forward to seeing how well Unlimited Lawn Care can control it ..
