Please go with a local option to ensure customer service. This company is not locally owned in the Birmingham area. Any customer service calls went to their headquarters in Buford, GA and to say the least, they are no help for Alabama business. They may be a great company for Georgia residents, but the Alabama leadership is disappointing. It seems like no one at headquarters can get in touch with the Birmingham operations office. The Birmingham manager was supposed to call me for nearly two months and I never heard from him.

From the start I experienced minimal lawn improvements and consistent weed presence. I had an aeration scheduled for 4/19/24, confirmed the date/time from the automated call the day prior and even had taken the day off so I could be home when they arrive. No show and customer service was no help in explaining why a date restriction was the reason why the tech didn’t show when I confirmed the date/time via their automated system. From there I called weekly to ask when the aeration would be rescheduled, no information was shared. Fast forward two months to 6/10 when I requested a cancellation (and still no aeration reschedule date).

The only positive is when technician Mario serviced my lawn (which was after I had already decided that I would cancel) he was attentive and read the customer notes that other techs before him had clearly ignored. Please read the 1-star reviews, I experienced much of the same:

No shows/Bogus explanations
Do not honor requests (ex. Have tech knock at arrival)
Weeds still thriving
Damaged lawn
Non-knowledgeable customer service agents

I've used Unlimited Lawn Care for 3 years now. Their services are reasonable and my yard never looked better. I appreciate their technicians who are always willing to treat the "hard to manage" areas. Jonathan Woolen is my newest lawn tech and did a thorough job of spraying every inch of my yard. A nice and courteous young man too!

I’m happy with the service provided by Unlimited Lawn Care. Bobby Teal is the best technician in Alabama. I recommend this company.

We were with Unlimited Lawn Care for about three years. We signed up for a service that renewed annually and paid for the service in monthly installments. This year, in the early spring, our yard was covered with weeds, so we canceled our service. I received a reconciliation bill for approximately $240 more than what I had calculated I would owe. I asked for an explanation and received three different documents that showed either no dates or different amounts for the services provided. I have spent the last four months trying to get the accounting manager to contact me monthly, but I still have not received a callback to discuss this issue. Besides having to cancel because of the amount of weeds in our yard, I also now can't get my final payment reconciled properly.

This company absolutely has ZERO customer respect. Their techs showed up to my house for a routine treatment, to which they ONLY spot sprayed 3 areas. The back yard is FULL of weeds and they did nothing for it. I called to have them come back out and re treat since they didn’t the first time but yet they happily took my money.
The call center women were VERY rude to me and told me they would put us on the schedule for the following day. The techs never showed up that day.
The following day I called and canceled our service.
After a few days, I got a call from someone from the company wanting to make things right and asked me to come back with the promise of a free treatment… to which they NEVER SHOWED!

FIVE more times after this they failed to show for their scheduled “make up” treatment with each time having some kind of excuse. FIVE times they made up excuses as to why they never showed up.

I paid for a service that was NOT completed and that they REFUSE to come back and complete. HORRIBLE customer service (if you can even call it that) and they absolutely DO NOT value their customers.

Received my first treatment today. Jonathan Woolen was my technician. He explained how I needed to turn on my irrigation system after he was finished. He appeared to be knowledgeable of his job and was very professional. Expecting great results. Thanks Unlimited Lawn Care!!

I normally don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’m making an exception in this case. I once had a beautiful Zoysia lawn but not the case anymore as it now has many dead spots throughout the lawn (see attached photos). When I noticed them I called Unlimited Lawn Care to inquire. The local manager Connor came out and said they had burnt the lawn with a bad chemical mixture. His solution was he brought out some top soil and put it in three of the burnt spots. The burnt spots are all over the lawn, three did not even come close to addressing all of them. I was told by Connor and their branch that I still owed them for the treatment. I told them that if this their idea of accepting responsibility for the damage to the lawn I would not be paying the bill and cancelled my service with them. They proceeded to turn me over to collections. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone. I am hopeful the grass comes back this spring, if not, I will be getting quotes for the repairs and seek reimbursement from Unlimited Lawn Care.

Curv3D Design did an excellent job on the landscaping curbing. The workers were very polite and professional. They did exactly what I asked them to do. JULIO, the company owner, was extremely fair with the pricing and easy to work with. They are the best!

Had a great experience. Job was done quickly, at budget and on time. Everyone showed up on time and answered all my questions. The porch looks terrific and we receive tons of compliments.

I can't say enough regarding the landscaping project at historic Warwick Manor apartments performed by Curv3D. From start to finish Julio and his crew were exceptional. They created a life long dream of mine to continue the theme of this historic property with beautiful hardscape and landscape. The crew was very professional and inviting. Julio and the team at Curv3D Design have been amazing to work with from start to finish. Julio and his crew are as professional and polite as anyone I have ever worked around. There were daily check in texts to make sure the project was headed in the right direction. And I mean daily. His crew cleaned to property every night before leaving. Finally, the job was done on time and perfect. I will not consider using anyone else for landscaping/hardscapung/drainage or any other work around our home. Use him. You will not be sorry.

Julio and his crew did a great job leveling my yard, planting sod, planting plants, and making a flagstone patio. They were on time and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their yard.

Julio and his team are by far the most professional tree I have come across. Every property we renovate to sell we have used them and they have done an amazing job from start to finish. They treat the property as if it was theirs and leave it spotless and picture perfect when it’s complete.
