I was charged for grass service and trimming that was not completed. Even thou pictures were provided LawnStarter agreed to give me a $15 credit rather than have it corrected. The Hedges were not cut my photos clearly shows hedges that had not been touched. They have no control over persons using their company name. They lie and make up excusing like couldn’t get access to property that had no fence. Too many excuses.

Erik cut my grass so well. We’ll be using LawnStarter to cut my Gus’s again. Thanks

I use LawnStarter for my rental property in Birmingham, AL, and they do a great job! My favorite things about the service are constant communication and easy payment through the app. I also think the prices are very fair, and that I'm getting a good deal for the lawn and customer service.

I've had issues from the FIRST service. The provider told me the company doesn't pay them enough and tried to poach my business. He THEN LIED about the height of my grass in an attempt to charge me DOUBLE. Thankfully I had my own photos to prove he was lying. Since then, I've received messages that different services were coming and/or had completed my service but my grass was NOT actually cut. After waiting for a month, I hired someone else for lawn care.
I have tried to reach support several times to cancel my service but it is impossible to do so. So now I'll be reaching out to the appropriate entities for assistance. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT sign up!

Everything was quick and easy I was able to go through the app into the address of the property and then request the service. They showed up as planned and did a very good job of service in the lawn.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you can avoid it. WORSE COMPANY EVER. I ordered for a lawn to be cut and they cancelled 11 TIMES. (Eleven) And then sent some random guy to cut the lawn, who didn't have any equipment, just a manual cutting saw. And didn't finish the job. This has to be the worse company. This company is NOT a 3.6/5. It HAS to be lower than that! They must be manipulating the reviews.

This by far was the best lawncare I have experienced ! I was very nervous about scheduling lawncare online, David stayed in contact with me , kept me updated and sent beautiful pictures of my lawn after. I appreciate this service so much !

Unreliable and endless rescheduling. I wish this service was more like a DoorDash for lawns, where anyone can come mow. But no, you are assigned a random company and stuck with them. They might mow the first time, but then they’ll stop showing up and endlessly reschedule. Every time I request a new pro, it’s always the same story. I’m now bribing my pros with 30%+ tips and they STILL won’t show up!
