Scheduled service 4 days in advance. No one ever showed up to cut my grass. Contacted customer service and they don't know when they can get someone out. Awful communication I had to do all the follow up no one kept me updated. Do not use this company.

Update: The company reached out to address my issue of no one showing up to cut my yard. Well, I agreed to give them another chance. Someone showed up 2 weeks ago and I was told they would be back every 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks pass by I get a text that someone was coming on Saturday June 7 no one came. Got another text that someone was coming Sunday June 8 no one came. Got another text that someone would come Monday June 9th. I canceled. This company cannot be depended on. I was patient but this is ridiculous. Do not use this company.

Lawnstarter came as promised and did a good job the 1st and 2nd time. They missed the next 2 appointments then deactivated my account. Did not return any of my calls.. I would not recommend this company.

I returned home from work and was pleasantly surprised at how well manicured my lawn is after so much excessive rain! BEWARE! Do not use. They get shotty lawn contractors. Save your money and use a reputable company. I have several gashes in my lawn. My grass is uneven. They do not clean up. My bushes got gashes in it. My edges were horrible not neat and not line properly. Honestly a child could have done a better job.

Great lawn care service with affordable prices. The only negative is that sometimes the providers do no shows and it's hard to find a reliable provider. My current provider Jerry has been the best I've had so far,always reliable and communicates if the schedule needs to be changed!
