Choice Birmingham Carpet Care did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. In the past, steam cleaning left my carpets looking worse and brought back stains, but this time all the spots were completely gone, and no new stains showed up. The carpets dried super fast, almost right after they finished. I wish I could always get results this good no matter where I live. If you’re unsure or thinking about picking someone cheaper, just go with them—you won’t regret it!

They sent someone out today to clean my carpets again, and he did a fantastic job, even though he worked by himself. I am now a satisfied customer! I really appreciate that they were willing to come back and make things right. My mom and I had scheduled carpet cleaning for two bedrooms, the living room, and one rug in Birmingham. Used them again for my area rugs…they picked up and dropped off - great service and good communication through out the process @Daniel Gilbert, technician who picked up & dropped off was great - you need carpets or rugs cleaned - these guys are the ones to use!!

One of the best companies that I have dealt with. Their staff was very flexible and helped me move my appointment because my week had gotten crazy. Cayden was my technician and he took the time to speak with me and understand my concerns. Cayden was also super sweet and worked around me have a remote office. Would definitely recommend. The young man that cleaned my rug and the bottom of my couch was actually here about 20 minutes from getting set up to collecting payment! The job was done mediocre at best!
When telling me what I owe is a monumental issue! They offer a coupon and will not except it when the job is done! There cost to walk through your door is right at 200.00 dollars, for 20 minutes! Then take away the 20% off away from you! I will never use this company again for anything! They also charge a significant fee to dispose of the cleaning solution they use to clean with! It’s not our responsibility to pay for that, that would be on the company!! Never ever again will I use Chem Dry!
