Cayden was great and did a great job cleaning our upholstered dining chairs. Will be calling Chem dry again! Highly recommend

Had several furniture pieces cleaned. They had been in storage for over a year & were musty & some were mildewed. My tech was incredibly nice & knowledgeable. He worked on the pieces for over 2 hours and they all turned out great! It was expensive, but needed to be done & they did a great job.

A friend had used ChemDry so we decided to give it a try. Cayden worked very hard on cleaning our two sofas that were “performance fabric” but nevertheless had water stains and dog hair and oils. They now look like new! He did such a fantastic job in first applying anti browning then cleaning them thoroughly and putting a protectant. We will highly recommend ChemDry!

Daniel did a great job with our large sectional. The couch was white and had a couple years worth of pet damage. I would say it was restored within and beyond our expectations.

Tom has cleaned my carpet numerous times. We have pets and he always taken the time to explain what he’s doing. He spent hours and did a fabulous job. I would recommend ChemDry every time!

This was my first time to use Mountain View Chemdry based on their online reviews and they did not disappoint. Chandler did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and offered products that would help protect with future wear of the carpets. He cleaned all the carpets in our 3500 sq ft home, plus an oriental rug and chair. I have to say I wasn’t expecting a miracle since this carpet was the original carpet when this house was built in the 90’s, but wow was I surprised to see the transformation when he was finished. I will definitely call Mountain View Chemdry for future projects. For reference photos below are before and after of a high traffic area.

Daniel did an awesome job explaining the stains and care our carpets needed. After we decided on the method of care, he completed everything in a timely manner! Our carpets look brand new!!! He was very polite and courteous!

We are so happy we used Chem-Dry for cleaning our bedroom rug. There was a lot of furniture and generally stuff on the rug and Daniel & JT did a great job of getting the rug back in with minimal fuss. Also the rug was very clean. Nice job. I've used them before and will use them again.

can’t say enough great things about Mountainview ChemDry. They cleaned every piece of furniture, pillows, and rugs in our home, and even took two rugs to their shop for deeper cleaning, then returned and installed them beautifully. Cayden and Daniel were professional, kind, attentive to every detail, and treated our home with such care. My pet had been sick, and they went out of their way to offer timely help and support. Exceptional service from start to finish!

Cayden arrived on time and did a great job! He was very considerate of our hardwood floors that the hose had to go over to get to our bedroom. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do and gave me options. Very satisfied with the service that he provided!

I had a great experience with ChemDry. They cleaned the white carpet in one of our rooms (still not sure why anyone installs white carpet, but here we are 😅), and I was honestly impressed with the results. They were able to lift several pet urine spots and completely shampoo the carpet so the dark track marks from us using the room as a dressing space are gone. It looks so much fresher.

They also took our area rug with them to treat additional pet spots and told me they would call with an estimate before moving forward, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with a company that communicates clearly instead of surprising you with a bill afterward.

The gentleman who came out was respectful, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Overall, very professional service. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a bad experience. Contacted them about cleaning some warehouse space, took them a long time to get back to me to set up an appointment for a quote, then almost 2 weeks to get back to me to just tell me they could not do the job, no explanation. Would not recommend.

First heard about this commercial cleaning company from a friend while we were enjoying dinner at Highlands Restaurant in Birmingham. I actually was not interested initially because being in charge of hiring these commercial cleaning companies I was starting to look like a jerk to my boss because I seemed to be hiring clueless personnel. Considering I had gone through a series of heart breaks-if I may from my then current cleaning company and of course the one before and I wasn’t even up to try any more, matter of fact I had accepted that I was going to have to take over that job at the facility as well. Thanks to my soft little heart though I couldn’t resist giving Office Pride a try by the way I liked their firm’s name.So I gave them a try before summer started since summer has our most busy “messy” months of the year in it.Between all of the previous commercial cleaning services combined we received more service and the quality from Orlando’steam in just a few short months. Glad that Office Pride is not going any where so that I don’t have to start cleaning after along work day. This is certainly how commercial cleaning services should be rendered on time and efficiently. Thanks again Office Pride see you soon!

I first met Mr. Pitts when he came to our facility in Birmingham to receive a service. He later called on me for a meeting about our cleaning needs. We were unhappy with our then service provider and suspended their service to give Mr. Pitts a chance to exhibit his abilities. His performance completely outshined our other provider and we cancelled our service with them and offered the full time job to Mr. Pitts.
Mr. Pitts and his crew have always provided us with excellent service, timely response to our requests, and have been completely dependable. Our facility requires more cleaning than a typical office and their attention to detail has been exceptional. We have been entirely satisfied with the weekly cleanings from Office Pride.
