At the end of this review I’m including the information that was emailed to me, for clarification. The emailed quote I received to have 2 small reclining chairs cleaned was calculated from the information to cost $195 as a minimum expense, and since the cost per chair was only $60, I was thinking…okay, maybe I can get deodorizer or something to get my total to the $195. But when the technician arrived, I was told that $195 was the starting point and any extras were extra…PLUS other additional required fees for waste disposal etc. I basically said, Nevermind, but he did a basic cleaning for the quoted “minimum” instead. Then at the end…when you pay by card, it asks if you want to tip…with the technician standing there, so you tip the minimum, because they know where you live… but the arms on the recliners still look dirty. Sooo…I took the afternoon off of work, and paid $215 for ‘cleaner’…but not clean chairs. The technician was kind, courteous, and professional. But I’ll just DIY spot clean next time, the result would have been similar. This is copy paste of the quote, so that you can see where my confusion was, and did not start the visit well.

“Thank you for choosing Mountainview Chem-Dry for your upholstery cleaning needs. Our pricing for chairs/recliners is $60 each which is for the basic cleaning only and does not include the deodorizer or the protectant which is a heavy duty scotch guard. But the technician will present packages to you containing these extras should you wish to purchase at the time of service. We have a minimum of $195 so it would be no less than the minimum. The technician will give you exact pricing at the time of service.”

Great service and price. The technician took time to explain the services offered to me. He was extremely polite and professional. He was very cautious of items in the room and got to work.

Chem-Dry was able to come out next day to clean our carpet and rugs when we were short on time. We were extremely pleased with their work, timeliness and professionalism. They were able to get stains out that our regular cleaner had not been able to. Highly recommended!

Cayden was quite a young man. Not only did he give our carpet and rug a textbook clean but he was very respectful and went out of his way to show reverence to me as a vet. His cousin is a US Marine and holds him in high esteem. It is refreshing to see someone with thatkind of dignity and work ethic at the same time. He is an ASSET to his company.

They did a great job considering the circumstances that led us to have our white bedroom carpet cleaned. We called on a Saturday and were speaking with an answering service. Had she given us
instructions on what to do because they could not arrive before 2 on Monday. It would probably have been a perfect job

I called Mountainview Chem-Dry based on the reviews I read from other customers. Daniel came and picked up 3 rugs to be cleaned. The rugs had pet stains and a smell. The rug in the den had never been cleaned and the other two were cleaned several years ago. They all look brand new. The rugs were kept until they felt like they were ready to be delivered. Daniel delivered them back and he was very nice and professional and made sure everything was ok before he left. I would recommend your company to friends and anyone that needs there rugs cleaned.

My mother was very very frugal but she did purchase a nice oriental rug that she left to me. I inherited a dog that immediately urinated on it and left such a stain that I thought the rug was trash. So I tried cleaning it with OxiClean. Hugh mistake…..now the rug was stained and the colors ran. I was going to throw it away but I called Mountainview and talked to David. He thought it could be better but was skeptical.
I got my rug back today. I cannot find the stain and the colors are perfect. Mountainview worked a miracle! Thank you!
