No show! Called the number to schedule an estimate from noon to 3pm. Didn’t receive any communication during the entire scheduled day. Called again, with 30 mins left in the timeframe, I was told the tech would call back with eta. Still no show, no call, called for the second time at 3pm and told them they had 15 mins to contact me with estimated arrival time. Of course no call, no show!! Don’t waste your time with Edgar & Sons, there are plenty other chimney service companies that respect your business AND your time!
