I couldn't be happier! I was feeling a little hopeless with the loss of the use of my washing machine. It took visits to get the work completed, but my washing machine is running and humming like it did before. What's most important is that A&E Services has a great team of technicians who have made the repair process all the better. I would definitely recommend A&E Services to ANYONE. All I can really say is THANK YOU to everyone at A&E Services. Because of all of you, my life is a lot easier to deal with. I will contact you again FOR SURE if I need you again!!

This company was contracted to repair my elderly parents refrigerator. The serviceman was extremely rude to them and showed up three times just to confirm that the refrigerator was broken. After ordering parts, they cancelled 4 times by phone or email, didn’t bother to cancel once just didn’t show up and then the serviceman showed up to install the parts WITHOUT TOOLS. After 6 months, the refrigerator still hasn’t been repaired and the warranty company is trying to find a reliable company.

My air stopped blowing cold and my home warranty contacted A & E Service Company to handle my claim. They came out and told me that what they needed for my system wasn't on their truck and that they would be back the next day. It has now been more than a week and I still haven't been able to get in contact with them.

I would wish this company on my enemy much less someone I liked. Besides the fact the guy who showed up may or may not have been from the shelter, we are a month in and the dryer isn’t fixed. In fact it’s worse. Nobody answers. Nobody follows up. Absolute garbage. I pray for you if you’re stuck using them. Better off buying a new unit and saving the time.

They never showed up. An entire 3 weeks went by and they never called me back after receiving the service order from my home warranty company. I called several times. Sometimes I would get someone and would be given a date that a technician would be out only for them to not show. Then I'd call back and get a voicemail. The vm was full and sometimes I'd get a text back telling me to text my address. But even then no one ever showed up. I canceled them and went with someone else.

No one ever showed up and no phone call, very unhappy and its 90 degrees here in TN! I bought a home warranty, and this is the joke of a company they sent out to repair my HVAC. I am going to have to pay out of pocket now and get reimbursed later from a reliable HVAC company. I'm very unhappy so far with this service and will post negative reviews. Not a good start and I paid thousands for this warranty!!!

In June 2021 my warranty company sent A&E out to my home to repair my ac. After the run around with this nightmare of a company, we finally got our air “fixed” mid September 2021. When the technician left she stated she would be back the next day to finish setting up the unit with the heat. She never came back and we never heard back from them after multiple attempts of us reaching out asking them to complete their job that we paid $1,500 for. Finally after getting somewhere with the warranty company they sent another company out to try and fix the mess A&E left us in. The company they sent was very professional and I honestly wished they would have sent them to begin with. After they looked at our unit, they informed us it was not properly installed and they could not and would not touch it due to code violations. Warranty company then puts A&E back in the mix to fix. Now here we are in February and we still have no heat. I have tried to reach out to the owner through text as well as calling and it’s always hit or miss with getting a reply(not like his replies get us anywhere) He would make appointments and then never show up, five days in a row he did this. I just want this company to fix the unit like they were paid to do.
The best advice I can give is, DO NOT use this company!! I wouldn’t even rate them a one. Hopefully this nightmare ends soon, but it doesn’t look promising!

For three weeks, for our 4 year old $3000 lg refrigerator that was partially working, 3 service technicians have been here. The 1st technician ordered part and said put a fan behind refrigerator to cool until part comes in (10 days). They cancelled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and wanted to reschedule 7 days later. Called Home Depot and they got them to reschedule the next day. The 2nd technician said wrong part ordered, was damaged, and ordered new parts (10 days). The 3rd technician replaced the compressor fan motor and motherboard an after he left the refrigerator quit completely with $500 worth of food and medicine. they closed the claim and wouldn’t send technician back that day. Refilled a claim and the earliest scheduled was 48 hours with a range of between 8:00 and 5:00. We have out of town family in for the Christmas Holidays gathering on that date, they don’t care. They don’t answer the phone, don’t have the parts and don’t give a hoot. Home Depot gets your money at the point of sale. HORRIBLE COMPANY - NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. How would I rate? What is less than 1?

Absolutely horrible experience. Like just about everyone else who’s left a review. They confirmed their appointment date with us three times. Then failed to show. Rescheduled for FOUR days later. Then sent someone with the wrong parts who now says it’ll be another week, and he specifically REFUSES to escalate the delivery of the parts or give us the name of his supervisor or any direct contact information for anyone. AVOID at all costs!

Can’t get anyone on the phone. Call emergency line around 6:30pm and never got a call back. Called during normal business hours and no one answers the phone.

This is the kind of business you only have to call once. Well worth the slightly higer price of service. Courteous and kind staff, incredibly knowledgeable service personnel. No upsale, with fully comprehensive diagnostics that they are willing to explain as many times as it takes to sink in. Darden-Green defies expectation at every conceivable level, and I wish more businesses operated this way.

We had to get a new hvac system & gas furnace & we are so glad we went with Darden Green. I think they do more commercial than residential but they sure delivered on our job. We got a great price, great equipment & great service from Greg & his crew! Definitely reccomend!
