My service technician, Simon Adkins, performed the scheduled routine maintenance on my HVAC system today. He was very friendly, on time, and very professional. I'm sure he is considered a real asset to Norrell Service Experts.

These people tried to sell me a new unit 10 years ago. Said my existing unit was shot. Contacted Wilbanks and Son who promptly repaired it for under 100 dollars. Still going strong. These people are thieves. No longer family owned.
Highly recommend Wilbanks for all services on heat and air.

Tristan Saxon had our AC unit up and cooling very quickly this morning. He was on time, polite , very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and got our house cooling and everything with the AC back to smooth and well working operation. Thank you Tristan. You cooled us off and helped us keep our day on schedule. Norrelld is very responsive and will get your HVAC up and running quicklly if you need a repair or maintenance. Great Service! Our service technician Simon Adkins did a wonderful job! He was beyond professional and helpful to my elderly grandfather and he took COVID 19 precautions.

We had our A/C go out on Sunday of Labor Day weekend, and Jessie Clark came out to service the unit. Found out that the compressor had gone out after troubleshooting for about an hour. He got us a new compressor within 2 days and was very apologetic that he couldn’t have it sooner. We very much appreciate the fast and professional service that Jessie provided us, and that he was courteous and polite the entire time he was with us.

LeWaye and Ranaldo did an excellent job with the annual servicing of my furnace. They went through what they did step by step, and informed me of the current status of my system as well as what I needed to be on the lookout for in the future to ensure my heating system is in good condition for years to come.

Micah Baker came out to do preventive maintenance. He was on time, very courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent. I also appreciated the phone call from the service center to let me know he was on his way. Great job!

I have dealt with Norrell for a long time and they offer the best service I have ever encountered, without exception. Their personnel are always excellent, and today, Leo Gaines serviced my central air and heat unit, and did a commendable job. He was right on time, thorough and professional and got everything in perfect working order. And he also happens to just be a genuinely nice guy, too!

We have been using Norrell for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied with their technicians and customer service. This visit was for regular maintenance checkup and Tristan Saxon did a fine job. He got right to work after arriving and explained all he had checked and done upon completion.

Justin, Cody and James are fantastic. They preformed the routine check and cleaning. They are courteous and pleasure to have work in our home. An extra shout out for letting me introduce Samson (our German Shepard) to them. He loved the company.

From start to finish, Tristan S. and Josh L. were awesome. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable of their job. They came to service the heat pump n furnace at our house. They gave me a thorough review of the service they performed. I felt comfortable knowing that. I recommend these two guys for a bonus on a job well done💯💯💯

Our technician Travis came and installed our new hot water heater today. He did a very professional job of getting our old one out and installing the new one. He was efficient and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. Just another great experience with this company. We are very pleased. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dennis, Phillip, and Clifton came by to do maintenance on my system today and were fantastic. Nothing had been serviced before other than a recent repair that went well, and they really did a lot of work to get everything back into shape. They also had great info on what to expect toward the end of the system’s life and several options about keeping my current, very old, system working as efficiently as possible as long as it can, and what to expect when it is time to replace. Really pleased with their help and expertise.
