Our AC went out late on a Thursday and they came out Friday to fix it. He was super friendly and thorough figuring out the issue and getting it fixed. And my dogs liked him.

Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He put an end to a terrible 3 days of no air, and repaired the mistakes of another company that caused our air to go out.

Both of the techs were very professional and did an awesome job getting my air back working and I am grateful and truly best because it was extremely hot and now I can sleep good at night!!! Thanks Temp Pro for doing an outstanding job!!!!!

With their check in system, they confirm the date and time . Then there's the profiles sent on the tech so I knew Mark coming out and he was there on time. Checked the system out, left no mess behind. What a great company.!!

Mark McClellan came out and explained the problem to me very clearly, found a rare part for my system (rare because the system is ancient), replaced it, cleaned the coils and filled up the coolant, all for a fair price. He kept me notified throughout the process. I will be using Temperature Pro again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about the crew at TemperaturePro Birmingham! They are kind, caring & quick to handle any need you may have. I had them install an air scrubber & I was amazed by the technicians knowledge of the technology and am even more amazed by the noticeable difference of the quality of air in my home. I remain blown away by the positive experience I had with Daniel and team at Temperature Pro. Our 3ton 2005 HVAC system had died and we needed a full replacement. We had also noticed hot and cool spots on the upstairs floor serviced by the system. Daniel conducted a thorough inspection of the old system and our duct work, then provided a clear explanation of the various issues followed by highly detailed estimates for replacing the old system. He patiently answered myriad questions, including a couple that required a bit of research. He provided a second set of estimates for a different system to help us stay within budget. He made sure replacements were Energy Star and offered excellent warranties and financing w/Greensky. He was able to schedule the installation when we needed it and his team were on time, professional, and cleaned up when they were finished! Communication with the office staff was also professional and prompt. Daniel and the others at TempPro earned our trust and we will be hiring them for biannual maintenance and any future HVAC repairs/installations. A-plus on BBB and glowing reviews of Daniel on Google are well-deserved.

After getting several quotes I decided to use TemperaturePro to replace the aging HVAC unit in my condo. Three installers arrived and did, what I would consider, a very good job on replacing both the inside air handler and the outside condenser unit. They made several changes on the fly so the install would look right. They even put insulation on a pipe so it wouldn't drip on the floor since it wasn't over the drain pan. While TemperaturePro wasn't the cheapest quote, I did get the most for my dollar spent. I even received a call from the home office that another person is going to come out for a final review of the install. That's real customer service.

The company I work for used Temperature Pro for the installation of a new Trane HVAC system. This project was remotely coordinated and managed. The team I dealt with were great at communicating the work involved with frequent updates and before, during and after pictures. The work was completed in a timely manner and priced very fair. We are required to three bid projects such as these and Temperature Pro was the best over all hands down. Would use again in the future. Side note, I only have four stars because I feel there is always room for improvement no matter how great the service.

Mark did a great job reviewing the unit and assessed the issue well. Alan and Jaylon followed up by being very professional, personable, and displayed great knowledge of HVAC solutions. And Brooklyn was a great office manager who efficiently provided scheduling and overall assistance on the phone. Would recommend and use this company for all my HVAC needs. Impressed with the service.

Daniel has been the technician at my home and business. He handled our issues efficiently and inexpensively. He made great recommendations that will save extra wear and tear on our units.
