I called ahead to ask if they had a part. They said yes, so I drove over for it. When I got there, they said they were sold out, but that a truck would deliver more later that day. A few hours later I called again, asking about the part. Again they said yes, again I drove over, and again they did not have the part. Do not do business with them, you cannot trust these people.

Horrible customer service and experience. Complete HVAC system went out 27 Dec 22. Lucky us. Went thought 2/10 Home warranty. The ticket was received by Johnstone on 30 Dec 22. The install company called on 9 Jan 23 to see if the unit was there. They were told no that it will be here on 23 Jan 23. I call today and find out that our unit was sold at the warehouse. Called Johnstone and talked to Caleb. Had a long conversation that went no where. He gave me an email to one of his managers. We shall see what happens next.

All of the staff was extremely helpful. They were also upbeat and polite. It was a great experience compared to some of the other supply houses. I got everything I needed. A staff member actually helped me combine some of my material by using a combination kit which saved a few dollars and gave me some extra spares. I really appreciated the help and attention to detail. You have my business!

When trying find a place to get a replacement capacitor I came across this company. We drove all the way out to their store where we were met with a painted sign with their hours on it stating they were only open Monday through Friday. What a disappointment! If you have the ability to hang a store sign you should have changed your hours on Google.

Johnstone in Birmingham are the best, all of the staff is extremely helpful with finding the parts I need. Great pricing and quick turn over time.
