I called my home warranty and was told it would be 4 days until someone could come and fix it. I called Mr. Cole and he told me he would be at my home in 20 minutes. My house is back cool. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Do not ever use Allstar Contractor Services LLC. They were called out to work on a neighbor’s ac unit and messed with mine instead. When I got home it wasn’t working. Luckily all I had to do was turn the outdoor breaker back on, but Mike with Allstar denied everything even when presented with witnesses.

I called for service to my unit. Michael Cole came and performed an excellent service call, and was very professional and thorough. I recommend him to anyone. He is, in my opinion, a valuable asset to the company

I only give 1 star as you have to indicate a star. Allstar was selected by my home warranty. Once they came out to diagnose the problem they sent the information in to home warranty indicating that the unit had to be moved from its original location. They REQUIRED that I paid the amount to have it moved PRIOR to them even coming to the house!! Should have been a red flag there. Once they were there, they did not move the unit instead put the unit in the exact same place that it was originally. They refused to give me any of the $1900.00 that I was out for moving the unit (for which was not done!). Now here we are 3 months later and the unit is not working due to a Freon leak, had they pressure checked the unit they would have noticed that there was a leak. So home warranty sent out another contractor to look at it. It was determined that the location of the unit was not in specs/regulation of ac rules. Also that there was a Freon leak. The home warranty has tried to get Allstar to send them a breakdown of the costs that I was charged for. Allstar refuses to send them anything stated that they destroy everything after 1 month. So now the home warranty does not want to cover to get my unit moved and recharged because I had already paid to have it moved once. A new contractor was contacted to have them move the unit, guess what??? The amount to move the unit is 1900.00 exactly what Allstar charged me to move the unit they would not move!!! 2 weeks with no AC and no end in site to get my unit fixed correctly... Allstar will not return any calls! If they would at least send a breakdown of what they charged me for then home warranty could get someone out to fix my ac. They don't want to send a breakdown to home warranty as they know they DID NOT do the work they charged me for and it would be clearly shown by the location of the unit and the other contractors diagnoses.

Had to use our home warranty and All Star was on the list. They came out quickly to determine what we needed. Excellent service and extremely nice. I will definitely recommend them.

Mike and his guys did a great job with my brother’s AC install (and now yearly maintenance), he recommended them and they didn’t disappoint. Very honest, fair, and good prices.

Fantastic fair and reputable service. I needed a whole new system and Mike made us a priority. They were there on time the NEXT MORNING installing my new system. I highly recommend Allstar HVAC.

I was having trouble with my a/c system not cooling properly. I'm so thankful that Mike and his team were available to drive to Huntsville, AL on such short notice to repair it. They were very knowledgeable and efficient with their work. I don't plan on using any other company in the future.

The greatest company! My HVAC went out in this cold which meant no heat in my house with a 1 year old! mike & his team got out here as soon as possible & took care of us! He explained everything to me so I felt comfortable & understood things! 20/10 would recommend them to anyone! They care about their customers!

These guys are absolutely awesome. Both Mike and Danny are extremely knowledgeable and they didn’t cut any corners fixing our AC unit, unlike the technicians from Scales HCAV. These guys labored hard all day and diagnosed the problems and fixed our AC unit. If you live in the Birmingham (AL) area, I highly recommend their services.

Mike and Van were fantastic, responded over the holiday weekend to set a appointment Tuesday morning. It wasn’t urgent but needed attention soon, I got got a great deal on a Ox Box condensing unit and they installed it that day. They will be my go to for HVAC from now on.

Mike and his team were friendly, courteous and responded in a very timely manner. Mike took the time to explain everything which was extremely helpful as my Home Warranty service took 10 days to approve the repairs, otherwise All Star would have diagnosed the A/C problem and replaced the whole system within 1 day. I will use them in the future.

We had two bids and Allstar was fairly priced so went with them but that was just the start of a great experience. Michael and his crew replaced our entire heat pump system, worked diligently to get it finished by nightfall even while running into a couple of snags. They were professional in every way, courteous, quiet and cleaned up afterward and we are very pleased.

All Star provided me with excellent service when they came to my home in Trussville, Al.. I had a major issue with my air conditioning unit and i got an immediate appointment the next day. They are affordable and have warranties on all of there work. Thanks to Allstar my home feels great on the inside again.

My home warranty company made replacing our furnace a literal nightmare. However, Mike with allstar is great and everyone on his team is very polite and professional. He knows replacing/repairing these units is a big deal for the customer and was willing to accommodate our schedule to get the work done. We will use them again whether under warranty or not.

It can be an incredibly stressful and disappointing time when you have to repair or replace an AC -unknowingly. Allstar did a great job, and I felt they had my families best interest at heart when doing the repairs. They found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and even though it was more money, I felt they were honest and knowledgeable! Mike was sweet. The guys were clean and left no mess. We have a two story home and I never even heard them working. I would recommend and we will use them again.

very reasonable pricing, friendly staff and explained me the process in common language. Tested the system after servicing. Unit needed a couple of old parts replaced. Did a fantastic job in one visit. Very pleased and refer him to other folks in my circle as well. Thank you for doing great job!!!
