Very disappointing, my AC stopped working six months after they performed a AC checkup . Then a no show or follow up call for an appointment set for 1-3pm...as :4:49pm I have yet to hear from any representative from this company . POOR customer service and unreliable.

Very disappointed in our experience. They couldn't identify the issue but probably because they spent very little time at our home and didn't even inspect the entire unit. Now we're out money for a service call and still have to call someone else to fix what they couldn't!
