Both Frank and Clay were very professional and kind. They quickly diagnosed and resolved our issue, explaining each step along the way. They got our AC running again as soon as possible! Engle Sevices has just installed a second unit in our home and you can expect white glove service with their installations! We have used them for repairs as well and each time they were prompt and thorough repairing the problem. We have always felt that they were fair with their pricing and unlike other services that we have previously tried not trying to cheat us. We have used them for more than 3 years.
