A technician was sent out to my home to conduct an inspection on my gas fireplace for $125. There was a technician in the area so he arrived within 20 minutes. The technician immediately told me he could not touch my fireplace because it was vented. He stated I would need to call out a chimney sweep. He left and returned 3 minutes later with a bill for $79, a call out fee. It would have been nice to know I was going to be charged $80 whether any work was performed or not.

AC out on a Sunday evening. On call technician, Clay, came out and got us fixed up. Of course, it was a weekend service charge but it was worth it with this heat and humidity!

Jay was able to set a good day for us to have new system installed, then arrived on time the day of installation along with Robert; Frank joined later. Old system was removed from attic through relatively small space and replaced with new system; outside system also replaced. Techs took care to keep house very clean - honestly surprised we didn't even have a small piece of attic insulation on the floor when they left! Outside unit required additional concrete blocks to support off the edge of previously laid pad. Great job for a fair price.

Clay was awesome. Very thorough. He explained everything that he was doing and showed me everything that was causing the issues with my AC. I also appreciated that he did not try and sell me a new unit like some others have tried to do. Really friendly and great service. Will 100% use Western again in the future.

Frank did our 6 month service Check-up. We still had patients in the office. He was super respectful of trying to not disrupt our business flow. He gladly changed out our filters for us, since we do not keep a ladder in the clinic. He even gave me a brilliant idea to fix a problem I was having, unrelated to hvac. Very nice guy. Quick and efficient. Highly recommend
