Needed to get an assessment of our HVAC system. The technician was on time and very professional. He did a good job explaining the state of our system, made the repairs and provide very good maintenance advice. He provide pictures of the work that was done and the price was fair. Great company and customer service.

Horrible experience. I called about a clogged kitchen sink and had a 1430 appointment scheduled for Friday. I called 30-45 minutes after the appointment because the repairman had not shown up or called. He ended up being over 3 hours late. He spent a little over an hour snaking and plunging the sink (both things that I told him I had been doing repeatedly the last 24-48 hours). He didn’t have anything fixed, charged $175 and we scheduled another appointment for Sunday at 0700. This time he was over 4 hours late. He spent the first hour and a half doing the exact same two things he did on Friday that didn’t work. He then needlessly cut the pipe under the sink that he had already disconnected in order to snake it and had to go get materials to repair it. He was gone for an hour. He repaired it after coming back and then went into the attic to try and snake the clog from another direction. He said he was going to use a drain bladder to try and clear the clog and would need a 100’ hose, which I had and offered. He instead left again for well over an hour. He came back with a brand-new garden hose and bladder and had the clog cleared in about 15 minutes. I was charged another $750 because he was there for “5 hours”. This job could have been completed in a fraction of the time, but I guess when you’re charging by the hour, even the hours you aren’t actually at my home, you take your sweet time and try to look busy.

I can’t speak to their other services, but if you have a plumbing issue, save your money, and sanity, and hire someone else.

Rick is courteous, answers all questions, and gives tips. His work is neat. Engle's service is top notch. Would recommend them to anyone.

Had plumber Corey Griffin come out to fix issue with my water heater he was on time very polite and knowledgeable fixed my issue in a timely manner at a fair price would recommend engle service and Corey to anyone..

Cory came out on a Saturday when no one else would come. He figured out a problem that had been going on for years and multiple other plumbers had missed. Would recommend highly. He is also a really nice guy. Thank you Cory!

Won't always get parts fixed when you need it.

This is the second year that I have used Engle to inspect and maintain both of my A/C units. Very professional and reliable. Rick came out last week week and took care of me. Rick was so knowledgeable and explained everything to make sure I knew everything that he was doing. Rick is awesome!!
