They were very timely, they were very professional. For example my HVAC was working when they initially left my house but within the next few hours it started acting up again. I called them after hours and they sent someone out immediately to come address the issue and now my HVAC is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

You guys are awesome!!! I would recommend Dawson to anyone because they were on time and very professional. My air went out on a Friday evening I called after normal working hours and they took my call, they were at my door on time Saturday morning to get me back up and running. Started having more issues later Saturday and they were back out at the stated time Sunday. Dawson thank for your great professional work. I would definitely use you guys again.

After another company (Perfect Service Heating & Air) caused damage in an attempt to make money by making us buy a new unit from them; we called Dawson True Heating & Cooling LLC.

They came out the same day. They were professional and informative. After greeting each other and showing them where everything was, the technician got right to work.
The technician inspected the unit, found the problem, explained the problem and solution to the wife and I, fixed the problem the same day and the unit is now working better than what it was before.

I was so grateful we finally found a company that is honest and true to their word. After all was said and done, I told the technician that they now have a customer for life!

We were able to get someone out same day (was going to be a 2-day wait with other companies). Michael was great! Timely repairs, and we wouldn’t have known the parts were under warranty if he hadn’t looked into it and let us know.

Jay came out and informed me of what seemed to be the issue, we scheduled a time, and his crew performed our maintenance with no issues.
