We received amazing service! I called this morning around 10:00 and they were at our house by 11:30. Our service was quick, efficient, and very friendly! I, also, feel like the service we needed was reasonably priced. I highly recommend using this company for your HVAC needs!

Called Alabama cooling and heating from Savannah Georgia about an air conditioner replacement in my home in Birmingham Alabama they sent Taylor out and gave me a nice quote and went to work right away replacing my air conditioner excellent experience he explained everything to me to ensure that the air conditioning work well Said that he would come back in a few days and make sure that everything was working properly thanks guys for everything we'll be calling you to check the air conditioner out on a yearly basis 5 stars!!! for sure thank you very much Bobby Naugher

Two young men came out to our house and were very respectful to me and my family. They were able to be in and out quickly while charging a more than fair price. We have had no more problems out of our system since they came out.

My husband and I purchased a Mitsubishi Mini Split from Alabama Cooling and Heating November 01, 2024. The installation crew was amazing. They removed and disposed of the old unit and installed the new unit very quickly. They cleaned up all debris. They were very professional. My complaint is after the installation. I realized they didn't leave a bill of sales or the owners manual, warranty info etc. I called the office and spoke with Kenzy. She said she will get everything from the crew and mail it the following morning. A week passed and no paperwork. I have made numerous calls and sent many emails with no response. I did receive 2 email replies from Kenzy saying everything was in the mail. And when we didn't receive the paperwork I emailed again and called her out on the lies. She told me to go online and print out a manual. I said no! I want the original manual and paperwork that came with the unit and we paid for. She sent another email saying they were working with Mitsubishi to get another manual. What happened to the original? We did get a receipt on November 12th. It's now March 20, 2025 and still no paperwork. If you do business with this company make sure you get all your paperwork the day of service or you'll never get it. I have no issues with the crew just the lack of customer service.

Was a great experience from start to finish the lady that took my call to set my appointment was very friendly and professional. The technician Matthew was their before my appointment time and was very helpful and knowledgeable about his profession could not be more pleased to have people like them to have helped me in my time of need.

These guys are the real deal!! I was away from home for military purposes & my wife called & told me the air conditioning had went out. Being away from home I called a few friend & they referred me to them. Spoke with Marissa told her what was going on & she told me not to worry & that they would get it take care of!!

Matthew showed up early. Got straight on the job. It literally only took him 15 minutes too to have our duct work put back together. We have waited over a month for 2 different companies to help us with no help. I called these guys this morning , they came today, looked at it, fixed it and was done. All in the same day.
