Alabama Cooling and Heating were life savers. I was going to use an unnamed company to install my a/c, but I felt uneasy about it. I started checking online and found my angels. They came the NEXT DAY and replaced my system in 4 hours and the best thing about it....it cost me more than 1/2 LESS than the other company. It is working great and I couldn't be happier! I would like to add that I have had the system about a month, but it was making a loud sound when the unit outside turned off. I called and talked to Marissa. Within 2 hours, Matthew was here and all it needed was a minor adjustment on the chasis and we are back to 100%. I am so impressed with this company and the very PROMPT responses I have received.

A tech named Luke Ballard came out today at our business and I was very impressed with his knowledge and his attitude regarding the adverse situation he was facing.
Luke is a very well mannered young man and willing to do whatever it takes to solve the problem you might be experiencing.

I found water leaking from my Air conditioning unit in the basement. A pretty aggressive leak. Taylor Surtees with Alabama Cooling and Heating came over within an hr. or two.
There was a clog in the pipe. It was cleared. Checked both my outside units. Preformed much needed maintenance on them both. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company and Taylor Surtees.

The installers arrived early and that was great. 3 people helped with the installation, they worked well together and finished in 4 hours, which was good because they finished before the rain came. I am very pleased and impressed by the work they did on the installation. They were thorough and made sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with the work they did. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their existing system. And they installed on Sunday, which is unheard of. Bravo to them.

Taylor from AL C & H came out Tuesday (10/27/2025) and inspected our 1-year old a/c unit as well as our furnace. Taylor was also one of the guys who installed the unit last fall (2024). Everything checked out fine, as I knew it would. These folks are great - more like neighbors than a company. Everything about the whole experience - from helping us choose the right sized unit to doing free annual check-ups - has been gratifying. I trust them. Period.
