I recently had Taylor come out to install my AC unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was very kind, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure the installation was done right.
Not only did Taylor do an excellent job with the installation, but he also went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
I highly recommend for anyone needing AC installation or service—Taylor made the whole process stress-free and did a fantastic job!!!

I have been through so many different HVAC companies throughout the years and this one topped them all! They answered the phone on a Sunday, was willing to come out same day if needed. I asked for a next day appt, the tech (Matthew) got here on time and was very nice and educated us on what the issue was. He didnt try to upsell us like other companies in the past. I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs.

We had 4 space heaters replaced recently by this company and were very pleased with the prompt, affordable service we received. The serviceman, Matthew, couldn’t have been more punctual, polite or professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Matthew came out and gave us the estimate to upgrade our current units and install new duct work and thermostats. In my opinion, the estimate was very reasonable.

There were a couple of issues with the duct work and the thermostat after instal but Alabama Cooling and Heating was there the next day to fix the issues.
