I called them after hours to report a problem with my hot water heater. I received a call back at 7:30 a.m. the next day and by 11 a.m. they had already been out to my house, identified the issue, gone and gotten the part and made the repair. All at a very competitive price. A+Service!

Honest and Trustworthy Company! I was a victim of a home warranty company scam with another plumbing company and New Era came to the rescue. They fixed my problem for less than a fifth of what the other company was trying to charge me. New Era is knowledgeable, timely, honest, and had my stoppage fixed quickly. I highly recommend this company!

I needed help with a water leak in my yard so I called around and ended up talking with Joseph Stevens at New Era Plumbing. I had a sense of immediate calm. I had to wait for the leak detection service to come and find the leak and he (Joseph) reassured me that it was the right thing to do, but to give him a call when the leak was located. I did just that. When I called him back, he said he would try to get to me the next day, maybe the day after but he called at round 7:20am the very next day to let me know he had a crew on the way. They we're there at 8am and took care of everything as if I had been on his schedule all along. Excellent service, professional, quick and fair and generally nice people. I really appreciate these guys and highly recommend.

We recently had New Era Plumbing come out to address our kitchen faucet, which was having restricted water pressure as well as no hot water. They came out and found sediment in the line, cleaned off the screen and everything seemed to be working fine again. Just 5 minutes of their time and they were on their way.

Not a few days later, the water flow in the kitchen faucet was restricted again. I called them hoping it would be no problem to send someone out again to take a look, because obviously the root of the problem had not been resolved and there was still an underlying issue. The person I spoke with implied this was a different issue from the original (since it had worked fine for a few days) and said that they would be charging us their service fee again if they were to come back out. He did tell me they would have someone out the next day, and when no one showed up I called them at 4pm to find out they had forgotten to send a technician. They did follow up the next morning though.

Although the original tech who came to our house was very friendly and courteous, I am very disappointed in my overall experience. They did not want to treat this as. a "warranty call", seemed to lack overall accountability, and they were not thorough in their inspection when they came out for the first visit. Even though this was our first time using New Era Plumbing, I will be looking into using a different plumbing company from here on out. - Elena Beck

We had just finished a complete bathroom remodel so literally everything in the bathroom was brand new (new drywall, new shower tile, new floor tile, new vanity etc.) The guys had to the snake the shower drain but did not lay down any protective material on the brand new tile and scratched it up. When we called to settle the bill we let them about the damage and they basically said meh oh well.

New Era replaced my water heater and installed a pressure reducing valve. They did great work, clearly knew their stuff, and charged significantly less than other plumbers had quoted me. They'll be my preferred plumber going forward.
