Have a major plumbing issue. Joseph came out and told me what would be needed to fix and would send me a quote. Two weeks have passed, I’ve called and emailed with no response.

I had referred them to a friend but I certainly won’t be referring or using them again. Completely unprofessional.

Jesse and Matt are truely great at their craft. They diagnosed the problem head on. A competitor wanted to charge an excessive amount for a small issue. Thank you NEW ERA PLUMBING for your professionalism, expertise and honesty.

I’ve been working with the Stephens family since 1992 when I bought my first complete redo in the Forest Park neighborhood off Clairemont Avenue. That house was built in 1927 and had to be completely re-plumbed – 4300 ft.². Stephens handled cutting all the plaster and wooden lathe and gave us a system we never had a single repair on over the next 20 years. Since that house in Forest Park I’ve purchased a redo on Old Leeds Road in Mountain Brook where they have done me everything from finding my septic tank (The MLS listing said The home’s sewage system was connected to the Jefferson county sewer system so we never asked the previous owners where the septic tank was). Even though Jefferson County sent out to individuals to help us find the septic tank – they were both unsuccessful and it was Stevens who eventually was called to come find it - which they did in about two hours time despite it actually being 5 feet deep under gravel. Who knew?!?!?

Stephens also replaced hose spigots, installed a new shower and bathroom fixtures in this newer home.

My experience in each and every transaction has left me with a sense of their focus to address each job small or large with a sense of urgency, fairness, Integrity, and fair pricing.

I called Brandon the owner, he said. Always busy which is understandable, however he promises to call back and doesnt if he answers. Not responsive, Not a reliable person. Poor business. Would not recommend 😕. Would give 0 if I could.

I have used Birmingham Plumbing many times over the last few years. The owner is always very responsive when I’ve reached out for service requests. When on site, the team is always very knowledgeable and timely about making any needed repairs. They also offer suggestive advice on repairs that could improve the overall quality of my water system. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs and I will be using them again in the future.

Called for help with a blocked sewer on a holiday weekend. Have used Superior Plumbing for over a decade and will vouch for their excellent work; however, knowing it was Thanksgiving weekend AND the day of the Iron Bowl, I figured I was in trouble. But not! Superior was off but Robert called around to find one of his crew that would give up his time off (my repair required two-person crew) and an hour after my desperate call, Robert called to let me know that they were on their way! Top rates not only on the work but also on their service!

Robert is the absolute best and smartest plumber we have ever known. No issue is too big or too small, and he easily solves even the most complex issues. We have used Superior Plumbing for years and have always had great, fast service.

I don’t like to have to call a plumber, but when I do, these guys are the best. Robert, Bo, and Brandon have all done work in my house and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Very thankful we called on Superior Plumbing for our kitchen sink: The technician Brandon Bass did an EXCELLENT JOB, very knowledgeable, proficient, fast and a really nice guy. Was a pleasure to have him in our home. We will always call on Superior to handle any of our future needs.

I must say,

it can be a hassle to find a good plumber just like a mechanic. But boy when I tell you... We believed the issue in our home was going to be more than what the extent of the issue actually was. As a property management professional, I've dealt with any and all sorts of vendors, and still, one for plumbing with integrity can still be a bit difficult to come across. The gentleman who came out named (Bo) was Absolutely Amazing! He tackled the problem right on and no more than that. I will Definitely recommend Superior Plumbing as a reputable local plumbing company to be your first thought for any and all your plumbing needs.
