This was Cameron’s third visit to our house. He is friendly, polite, professional and has done a great job each time here. He installed a tankless water heater for us, fixed a leaking shower, and addressed an issue we had with a faulty drain valve I didn’t know we had. I would highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing for anyone needing work done.

I had an inspection done before moving and the inspector pointed out a few things that needed corrected. Keaton was right on time and he took time to listen to what I needed looked at. He called his supervisor for confirmation that one fix was unnecessary. He did an excellent job fixing the two issues that were necessary. Highly recommended!

We had broken pipes, slow running drains and a new bathroom vanity for Magnolia Plumbing to repair and/or install. Dylan and Beau Powers, one of the owners, did a fantastic job of making everything work and look beautiful. It was especially heartbreaking to see Beau again. He impressed us with his plumbing expertise, his integrity and his kind memories of being a third grader in my class at GES. We highly recommend Magnolia Plumbing!

Magnolia Plumbing fixed our plumbing problem fast. They responded fast & they came out the next morning after my call and did the repairs the same day. This was our first time using them and we recommend them.

Awesome customer service! Called to have them help convert a natural gas stove to LP and shorten a gas line. Set us an appointment quick and stayed in touch through the entire process. I personally own a small business and I was very impressed with their customer experience and the work was great! Would definitely use them again if I need any type of plumbing.

The people at Magnolia Plumbing are the absolute best! I’ve had them out to do several projects and they are always professional, prompt and helpful. Today they cleaned out a sewer line that has been backing up for a long while and finally just stopped draining. So thankful for their prompt and efficient services!

The woman I spoke with about the appointment was extremely friendly and professional (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name). I really felt like the company wanted to help me. Keaton arrived on time, gave me an honest solution, and was able to quickly replace the water valves in my laundry room. Had them out to fix a shower drain. $140 for the tech to pour a “ guaranteed fix “ down the drain. Problem worse now and they won’t return calls. The person answering the phone is very professional and takes my info but no follow up.

Replaced my main water line only one day after I called, used quality parts, professional, courteous, and on time. I would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this company. Mike came out and did a great job. Teresa the office manager is very friendly. Everyone associated with this company is very professional, and concerned about the customer, and not just trying to sell you something

Just spent 11 minutes trying to get a tech scheduled to come out to assist with two shower issues. We were willing to pay the after hour emergency fee and was told by the rep “this is not an emergency, you can wait until tomorrow”. Would not recommend this place. Poor customer service
