He pointed out known issues with my plumbing system, and potential issues I should keep a look out for. He resolved my particular plumbing problem and advised me of whats next. Iron Mountain has been the best plumbing company. We have a house built in the 1980s. They have fixed/replaced our tankless hotwater heater. Diagnosed pressure issues and been straight forward with us on cost and time lines. Couldn't ask for a better company to have working on your home no matter it's age. Joe is one of the best!

Our technician Joe was knowledgeable as well as courteous. His attention to detail was highly appreciated. He even explained the affects an inoperable water pressure regulator has on household plumbing and the water bill. Worst company ever, do not choose it. Especially when it comes to plumbing and pumps. The guy appeared and told he can not do anything with pump but than why you picked the service request? And spent 5 minutes checking it and telling me its ok, while it was not fixed, left and problem was there like always. Tried calling them to come and get done , been asked to repay for another useless visit. I end up calling a real plumber who came and just identified problem and fixed it in 20 minutes, thats it. These people untrained are just cheat.

The plumber did a good job replacing my sump pump. But his attitude was lousy.
I had another plumbing issue and had another company work on it. He got angry that he had to work with another plumbing company, then proceeded to tell me that they charged me too much (while laughing).
The lady who answered the calls and scheduled the work was super nice.

Great job by Joe at Iron Mountain Plumbing. He was here on time, did excellent work and left everything clean. He showed me his work and wanted my approval for the work and showed me how to use it. Would definitely recommend! Very polite.

Amazing customer service! We had a leaky faucet. Iron mountain came out quickly, figured out what was wrong with our older bathtub faucet, and repaired it. Super nice plumber!! Considerate, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable!! They made an annoying problem disappear!!

Joe, from your company, let me know when he would be arriving. I could even track him. Joe was on time, polite, explained what he was doing, got right to work and cleaned up after himself.
