Terrible. Do not hire. The OWNER left us without water for 3 days and then QUIT. No explanation. When we finally got in touch he just said he was quitting. Another company came and we had running water within 2 hours. Not naming other company because I want to make sure this review is posted!!! I would like to give 0 stars if possible.

I had several issues that needed to be addressed at my home - replace kitchen sink plumbing, install new kitchen faucet and replace toilet tank parts in two bathrooms. Everything went smoothly with the first plumber, except for one of my toilets. The new float cup valve was not installed properly in order for the toilet to flush correctly and the water shutoff valve started dripping after he left. I called back and got another plumber to come out to correct the problems. The second plumber made the float cup valve issue worse but fixed the leaky water shutoff valve. Then the main plumber came out and worked for over an hour to position the float cup valve to where the toilet would flush. I'm a happy camper now and the toilet works correctly.

Use Bluefrog at your Own RISK! They sent a nice plumber to my home initially who fixed a few of the issues I was dealing with. He was supposed to get some supplies from the warehouse and come back the next day. It has been a week since a plumber came, and they want to charge additional prices. They apologized for putting me off for a week, but hasn't addressed the part taken from my sink that has not been returned. I'll have to get someone else to correct the problem Bluefrog plumbing left. BEWARE!!!!!!

Great scam they’ve come up with. Had a water overflow and they told me it would be a $77 call out fee. When they arrived they quoted me over $600 for a simple clog. That price was completely outrageous, I doubt they ever planned to work they just wanted the $77 and to get home to the Iron Bowl. Rip off. Roto Rooter came and did the same work plus more that Blue frog was going to do for less than half the Blue Frog quote and no “call out fee”.

Services that were provided were: kitchen sink installation and faucets, faucets installation on 2 bathroom sinks and faucet and shower head installation in bath tub. They office person was very courteous, and helpful. They were able to get to me in a timely manner and did the work on the day that they came to do the price quotation. I am very satisfied with their work. They were punctual, and cleaned up well after they completed the job. I would recommend them .

I highly recommend this company! Spoke to the manager, Theresa, after the tech, Josh left, because he was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his work. He was able to site the problem, which is under warranty, very quickly. He was on time and very polite. I told Theresa that we will use this company moving forward and also refer all family and friends their way!
