My mother is in her eighties and recently widowed. She came home to find her kitchen flooded. She called Iron Mountain. They send a very young guy out who said it was her kitchen faucet. He didn’t have anything on his truck so he told her to go buy a faucet at Home Depot and he’d replace it the next day for $375 . He said if he had to go to Home Depot and buy it, it would be almost $600. She bought the faucet and they sent a different guy out the next day and he replaced it. About four days later my mom‘s refrigerator stopped making ice and had no water in the door so she called an appliance company to come out. After paying for $115 service call the appliance repair man told her that the second person out from iron Mountain had cut the line taking water to the refrigerator and had left it dripping for over two weeks. My mom called Iron Mountain again and told them what had happened. They begrudgingly sent another guy out who told her that she had bought the wrong faucet with a different kind of connection and started giving her a hard time and he didn’t even have the right parts to fix it. $375 to install a faucet that wasn’t even installed correctly and then $115 appliance service call that was never refunded by iron Mountain even though it was their fault. Talk about taking advantage of an elderly customer.

Donnie fixed our plumbing and fixtures and we highly recommend him! He is honest and reliable and we’re pleased with the results!

I like to give credit when credit is due. Donnie replaced our hot water heater today and let me just say his professionalism was top tier. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He communicated every step of the way and educated me on everything I needed to know about the installation process. I will definitely be using this company again if I should need them in the future. They are highly recommended.

Their technician, Donnie, arrived right on time and was incredibly knowledgeable. He explained why the faucet was spinning and offered different options to fix it, letting me choose what worked best for my budget.
While we waited for the faucet part to arrive, Donnie went above and beyond by repairing my shower so we could use it! He explained the issue clearly, repaired it, tested it thoroughly, and even let me inspect his work. He was friendly, helpful, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

From the beginning of the service call to the completed service the staff has been easy to work. Great Communication, professionalism, timeliness and job well done. The staff is very informative and personable. Mrs Brittany and Chandler were great. I have had services more than once and highly recommend them.

We have worked a lot with Iron Mountain Plumbing and Drains in the last couple of years and they have regularly gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure that we are taken care of. Most recently, Donnie and Chandler fixed a longstanding problem with our kitchen and laundry drainage while keeping things cost-effective by finding a workaround that avoided drilling into the house foundation. Before that, Donnie spent an entire day completely cleaning the full length of a drainage pipe at no extra charge to us when he could have easily cleared the clog and walked away. Joe has also been very helpful with our water heater. Long story here, but the short version is that Ruud was selling defective water heaters and Joe made the extra effort to make sure we received a retro-fitted part at no charge and then followed up after the work was done.

We've tried a lot of plumbers at our place and we've been happiest with these guys. Will call them first the next time something comes up.

Update: Donnie at Iron Mountain did some additional work for us this week (8/4/25). Quick, high quality service at a fair price.

Donnie from Iron Mountain Drains & Plumbing is acredit to the Plumbing profession. I have had leaking issues under my kitchen sink for a few years and has had a number of Plumbing companies attempt at repairing the problem.
Donnie came in today analyzed the problem and quickly repaired the issue in a timely manner.

Joe was an excellent choice for the job! I had received a prior quote that was over $2000. They recommended changing out the entire faucet set, but Joe was able to fix the leak quick by replacing just the valve stems. He was kind to my children and not bothered by them following him around-which I tried to stop! He was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Highly recommend.

The service I’ve received from Iron Mountain Drains & Plumbing has been wonderful! The nice women in the office got me scheduled right away, she was very empathetic when I explained my situation and received an immediate text confirmation.
Donnie does an amazing job! He’s been out to my home a few times to repair water leaks. This time he identified another leak in my garage just under the concrete slab and once that was repaired he determined there was more going on. He informed me of the situation and went above and beyond to find the second waterline leak outside underground near the main sewer. I was kept informed the entire time, updated on pricing and he made sure I was comfortable with steps he was taking to resolve my situation.
