Jimmy and Coty were professional and very knowledgeable regarding my problem with my gas fireplace. They identified the problem within minutes and it was fixed in no time. I liked that they were very personal and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing or gas issues you may have!! I had them evaluate my hot water heater and they told me I needed a new one which would cost $2350 due to a burned out element. He couldn’t tell me why it went bad—it wasn't that old (2016). I hired another company for a second opinion because I wasn’t happy with the communication from Coleson (wouldn’t call me back or respond to texts). The second plumber told me the water heater worked fine and that it was a bad breaker. An electrician confirmed this and everything is working well again. Thank goodness we didn’t buy a new water heater since that was never the problem…

Jim Stewart was a pleasure to work with. He provided an estimate which is what I was ultimately charged after the work was completed. He showed up for the work when he said he was going to be there, and did a professional installation, including cleaning up after the water heater was installed. He also gave a thorough walk-through of how the thermostat works and how to do yearly maintenance on the water heater. I would highly recommend using Coleson Plumbing.

A few weeks ago I came home to water in our basement. It was after 5:00 and I was not certain who to call. After reading the many favorable reviews for Coleson Plumbing I called them. Jim Stewart answered and was at my home within 20 minutes. Jim's promptness and professionalism is second to none. He had me up and running with a new water heater by noon the next day. Coleson plumbing was responsive and worked hard to get us into their schedule after we discovered a water main leak to our house. The owner (Jim), came out and did the repairs himself and carefully diagnosed the problem area without digging up hardly any of the yard. He had it fixed the same day for a fair price. We will be calling them again for any plumbing needs!

I called late one evening after discovering a major water leak earlier in the day between the city meter and a cut off that I had had installed for my house years ago. I had no water service coming in to my house. I called the city and they told me it was my problem and they cut the water to my house. Jim answered my call immediately and scheduled to come early the next morning.

He worked a miracle having to follow behind plumbing that was obviously installed wrong by the previous plumber. He got my water back on in about 2-3 hours.

Coleson plumbing was the most professional and trustworthy plumbing service I have had to date. Perry was a fantastic worker who came in and got the job done. He was timely, professional and a very nice guy. I scheduled an 8:00am appointment with Coleson Plumbing for today. At 8:24 I called and a gentleman said he’d check with his guy to see where he was and call me back. At 8:46 I called back, call went to voicemail. I left message. At 9:13 I called again and after two rings my call was transferred to voicemail. I left another message. No one returned my call. This company obviously does not care about their customer’s time or their word. I would not chance using this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and specifically about Jim. I was given his contact info from a relative and I called him and explained to him the plumbing issues I’ve been having in a home we recently purchased and he has now been out multiple times to fix multiple issues I had. He communicates great and is extremely professional and most importantly he CARES about people and his work. Call this company if you have any plumbing needs, they are the absolute best team around.

My water heater had a pipe on the top that suddenly started spewing water. After I had my son turn the main water valve off, I called Mr Stewart. He happened to be on a job close by where I live. He said that he would come as soon as he finished up there. A couple of hours later, he arrived and had the repair completed in a short time. While he was here, I also asked him to look at another small leak from behind my toilet that was a concern to me. He also repaired it, even though he had another job he was needing to get to. I was very pleased with his work and thankful that he agreed to come the same day, even though he already had jobs. He was friendly, did a good job and the charge was very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable honest plumber at a reasonable price.

Our water heater went out on Christmas morning, reached out to Coleson Plumbing on Christmas Day, they responded and were at our home the next morning. Jimmy was very thorough, spent extra time making sure all was in good working order before he left. It was a great experience!!

Absolute life saver. My house was on the market for two days and my crawl space flooded, naturally. I was told by an inspector there was a pipe busted and he was turning away clients. Called several plumbers and they could not make it out that day. Jim was the last phone call and he was there in 6 minutes. After inspecting quickly there was no leak, it was a bad sump pump. Replaced and problem instantly resolved. House sold. He’s a good person to know!
