Main drain from home was blocked. Water was backing up into the home. Could not shower or wash clothes. Mr. Derick and his partner were able to clear the line in about an hour. I was impressed with how quickly he started working and did not waste any time. Very professional and knew exactly what to do. Drain Werks got the water flowing again.

Highly recommend Drain Werks! The Front desk was very pleasant to chat with and knowledgeable with her information, Cody and Josh who came out for repairs, showed up on time on the date they were supposed to. They even called in advance to let us know they were on their way. Cody called me to let me know what the problem was and the estimate before he got started on the work. This was the second plumber We had to call for the same job and they fixed it the first time out with no continuing issues and no over charging for not fixing the problem like previous company! Very happy with this company and they will definitely be in my contacts as our new “go to” plumber for any future issues!

Was able to call, get my service appointment set up after I explained to the young lady what my issue was, all in a matter of 5 minutes or less. Tech came out, by the way, was very knowledgeable, and cool. He assessed the situation, made the repair and was out the door. Probably the best company I’ve dealt with, and I’ve had a few….. Definitely gonna use Drain Werks again….

The guys that came out were very professional, plus very friendly. They did a great job explaining everything they needed to do and went above and beyond to look for other potential problems and, unlike a lot of places, were straight up honest and said there were no other concerns for the future. I’ll definitely call them again.

These folks are great. They respond quickly, can handle jobs of all sizes, fix the issue correctly the first time, and their prices are very reasonable. I work in property management and they are our vendor of choice across multiple properties. Most recently though, shout out to Joseph for fixing a leak in my own kitchen. We had an excellent experience with Eli. We had a large area with a hidden leak somewhere and no way to locate it or even locate the water lines. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly for a very reasonable price. He had additional technology available but didn't need it. I would absolutely recommend this company and this technician in particular. He was on time, polite, ethical, and extremely capable.

The men were very polite, friendly, informative, and worked efficiently! I feel the price I paid for the repair was fair as well! I would absolutely call them again, should I ever need plumbing services!

Update: This is the third time I have used Drain Werks. Today Blake serviced my home. He was incredibly polite, efficient, and informative on the situation. He got the job done in good time, kept me informed on what was going on, and had great rapport. I've had their contact in my phone for some time now! They are my go to for plumbing!!

Nolan and Josh did a fantastic job fixing a busted water pipe in my bathroom wall. They were knowledgeable and patiently explained the issue and how it needed to be repaired. FYI, I cut the Sheetrock locating the problem before they arrived.

I highly recommend Drain Werks. Booking online was quick and easy and the office called the next business day to confirm my booking and let me know what to expect. My technician, Blake, showed up on time and was great to work with. Before beginning we talked about my plumbing issue and he clearly communicated pricing and time expectations and he kept me updated as he worked. He worked cleanly and was very polite and didn't mind my dog checking on him. I hired Drain Werks after several good experiences using them at work, and I will continue to call them for my needs at home too!

Tech did a great job, no issues with him, however, I was supposed to receive a quote within a couple of days after he left and it’s been a few days and haven’t received one

Highly recommend Drain Werks! I reached out to them about a clogged drain/culvert under my driveway and they did a fantastic job fixing the problem.

We had our 2 upstairs toilets back up. Tried the snake for the toilet but clog was further down the drain pipe. Drain Werks was the 3rd business I called and they were able to send a team out within a half hour or less after my call. Joseph & Rob came in and assessed the problem, gave us a plan and a quote (which I accepted) and they went to work. Got the pipe unclogged. With their camera, saw some potential problems and will be getting quotes to us on that work as well. Both gentlemen was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in their works. I would not hesitate to use Drain Werks in the future.
Joseph and Josh came back the next Monday due a continuing leak. Joseph was able to diagnose the issue and do a repair. He apologized because it was a problem he should have seen on Friday. I appreciated his honesty.

Had a P Trap installed and it works great. However, during the process, water discharged from the pipes and my tools, sheetrock, and other items are soaked and there is standing water in my garage now. The sheetrock is ruined and everything is wet. Satisfied with the work completed, but dissatisfied with the guys not cleaning up after themselves.

While here I also asked if they could check why I have low water pressure. They checked several valves and couldn’t determine cause. Said would check with supervisor and get back with me. I supposed that meant next day. But I heard from no one. Water is only a trickle. Need more water pressure now to flush toilets, etc. If can’t be fixed I need at least the pressure I had before. Please be in touch.

I had a great experience with Joshua! He was able to identify multiple issues with our plumbing, explain them appropriately, and fix them timely. I would use Drain Werks again for any plumbing issues!

I have been dealing with Drain Werks on a professional level for over fifteen years as I am in the apartment maintenance field. The service I have received has been outstanding throughout this time. This was an occasion where I needed assistance at my house so I called Dustin to get the particulars on what it would take to remedy my situation. Within a few minutes he explained what it would take to complete the job and gave me a specified time of arrival. Everything went as planned and Blake and Josh could not have been more professional!

Completely unprofessional I called to get a quote and for someone come out and look at our drainage issue. I wasn't here when they came. And when they did they worked on the line I was not notified nor did they ask forme. The next day they sent a confusing invoice. And was demanding payment for what originally was just suppose to be a quote. Combining through the reviews one comment by this company stated that they give a quote before they start work. Any descent business would. They did not. They didnt break down what they were invoicing and they gave an invoice for over 1000 dollars for clearing a drain. I called spoke to an individual and they argued back and forth ( no customer service you could tell they didnt want repeat business) said that they dont give quotes on the weekends. No one informed me of that so definitely reporting them to the better business bureau.... and good luck
