Craftsman Plumbing was referred to me. They were very pleasant on the phone and set up a plumber the same day for a water leak. The young man came and identified the are the leak was coming from. Cut 2 holes in our wall which was necessary to find the leak. We found the area where the water was coming from. This is where it goes south. He did nothing to repair the leak. Said to keep and eye on the area. Brought in no tools and his only answer was for me to buy clear silicon to seal the front of the shower. We were charged $187.50 for the service visit to do NOTHING. I did not need a plumbing company to tell me I had a leak. 2 ceiling and 3 walls with water damage were convincing evidence. You don't bring in tools and at least try to tighten anything? Called a new plumber today and found it and tightened the area. Sure their intent is not to take care of the customer but in this case that is exactly what happened.

Craftsman Plumbing was amazing with our sewer line issue. They came out and identified the problem, provided a fair estimate and had the entire repair completed on time with all the required permits and inspections. Highly recommend this team for all your plumbing needs! Five stars!

Prior to this company arriving on my mother's property, she had to pay them $225. When they arrived at her home, they gave her a write up of the things that they checked in order to find where the leak was in her home. They determined that it was the gas companies responsibility because they could not find any gas leakage in her pipes. She later called the gas company and they sent someone that disconnected her gas. The gas company identified that leak in a plumbing pipe line, where Craftsman Plumbing noted that there was not one. Long story short she called another plumber and they are in the process of trying to rectify the problem that Craftsman claimed was not a problem for a plumber. Hence, they made a $225 profit for doing absolutely nothing. Cause everything they put on the bill, they did not perform.

I had Craftsman Plumbing come to my house to quote running a new gas line to a new gas stove in our kitchen. Josh and his helper came by as promised this week, made their inspection, & provided me pricing on the spot. I setup the work two days later. Josh and his helper came out and once they opened my ceiling up realized it would take longer than what they quoted as there was duct in the way of where they were going to run the gas line. There was no way of knowing the duct was there. They never asked for more money. They kept their word on their pricing and did a good job in the process. They didn't try to cut corners to make up for the lost time that wasn't bid in. They even skipped lunch to get the job done without delay. I appreciate that and wanted to return the favor with a good review!

Called because our kitchen sink was clogged. Turned out to be much more than just a clogged sink. Pipes were completely clogged. Took all day but they worked diligently and now our pipes are like new. Very satisfied.

P Webb Plumbing replaced my bath tub. My new tub is cast iron weighing near 400lbs, with a little help from my son it was a job well done. The job was completed in 2 hours. Very professional, punctual and great quality work. Highly recommended.

Patrick came out very quickly and found the source of our leak. Turns out we had an HVAC related problem he couldn’t fix. He was honest and only charged us a minimal service fee. We’ll call him again if we need more plumbing work done!
