I had a fantastic experience with Iron Mountain Drains and Plumbing when they installed my hybrid water heater.

The price they quoted was very reasonable, and their attention to detail was excellent. Special shout-out to Donnie, who went above and beyond by driving 40 miles to Jasper to pick up the exact water heater I wanted when no one else had it in stock.

I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Iron Mountain. They scheduled the appointment quickly and showed up on time. My technician, Joe, was quick to discover the problem. He promptly and efficiently fixed the issue. Joe was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Unfortunately, that meant my entire family and I were without hot water. Very tough situation with two young kids.

He was able to collect information about my tankless unit over the phone and developed a comprehensive plan for the next day to resolve my situation. James arrived exactly when he said he would, explained all the work he planned to perform in advance, and then he installed my replacement unit in record time.

James also took the time to discuss rebate options available with my gas provider and to make several customized recommendations for other plumbing and home needs.

Of special note, James also made sure to file a warranty claim for my unit since it was still under warranty. The manufacturer ultimately makes the decision on coverage once the defective is returned and James thoroughly explained that process to me. A lot of companies don't even check your warranty as it's easier and quicker for them to just sell you a new unit. Not so easy on your wallet, however.

Now, here comes the best part. Not only did James do a stellar job installing the new unit in record time, but the price he charged was over 40% cheaper than any other price quote I received for the same work. Incredible. Don't let anyone else into your home. Call James and the dedicated professionals at Coleson Plumbing and Gas and put your anxiety to rest. You will be treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. Can't beat that in today's world.

Jim and the plumbers at Coleson were fantastic. I️ had a main line sewer stoppage that backed sewage up into my basement and laundry room. My home warranty was unable to get contractors out in a timely manner (two to three days estimated), and I️ couldn’t live with having sewage downstairs or not be unable to use any of my water facilities for that long with two children under two in the house. I️ called Coleson, and they were able to send someone out almost immediately. They were responsive, professional, and communicated directly with me in a timely manner. I️ am glad we called them.

Jimmy at coleson plumbing was awesome. He came to the house fixed my toilet issue and was quick and clean. Highly recommend!!!!!

Coleson Plumbing has been great to us! We discovered a leak in our basement on a Sunday morning and Jim came by right away. He found and fixed the issue quickly while also explaining what caused the leak and ways to prevent future problems. We'll definitely use Coleson again. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had an electrician out to fix a problem and while doing that he found a large leak. We were scheduled to go out of town in less than 24 hours. I called Coleson Plumbing, described the problem and how I needed it fixed asap, and they came out within the hour. They quickly fixed the issue and then returned the following day to fix another issue that I had discovered. Can’t recommend them enough!

Jim came out the next morning with a new water heater. The work was fast and other than the new water heater and expansion tank, wouldn't have even known he was there! Will be using them again for several up and coming projects!

Very quick response to my call and good work replacing my expansion tank. Can't say enough about Mr. Coleson! He came on a Sunday morning, fixed our leak expeditiously, at a reasonable price. Then he told us to call Spire because he smelled gas. They came and fixed a gas leak in the yard. He was not only professional but a really nice person; we now have a plumber we can trust.

Woke up to a leaking water heater and a flooded room. Got a call back within 20 minutes (at 6:40 am) of requesting a quote. Jim got there a couple hours later with everything to replace my water heater. Work was done professionally and Jim was a great guy to work with. Definitely would recommend.

Mr. Jim Coleson is a good, honest professional.
