I had a deep clog in my kitchen sink that caused water to back up into the dishwasher—total mess. I called Zoom Drain of Birmingham around 9AM, and they had a tech at my house by lunchtime. He used a camera to show me exactly where the clog was, cleared it out fast, and cleaned everything up like nothing ever happened. Super professional, no pressure, and everything’s been working perfectly since. Highly recommend!

Bradley came right on time he was very clean and very nice he looked at my two faucets ask me questions she was very polite and very sympathetic I enjoyed meeting him talking to him he fixed one of my faucets temporarily and gave me good estimates on rebuilding or replacing the other two. Great service and communication throughout the process from start to finish. Technicians arrived on time and assessed the problem. Ultimately a septic tank issue needing to be pumped. Lead Technician MarDarius recommended a company and even got them on the phone to schedule the required pumping service.
