Bought a replacement kitchen faucet here 5 years ago for nearly $500.00. After 3 years of use we began having problems with it. After another recent problem I decided to call V&W today about it. I spoke to a salesman ( Buck ? ) and asked if a faucet should last longer than that. His reply “ I don’t know. What do you want me to do about it ?”. I asked if these things usually have warranties or what. He was so rude and unhelpful. He did tell me the model number of my faucet so I could call the manufacturer- I asked if he could email it to me. He said “ no”. Well he didn’t ask me if I’d be buying any of my plumbing supplies there when we build our new home next year- because that answer would have been “ no “.
He finally just said “ call delta. Their number is 1-800- DELTA. Ha. He made it up. It’s not even enough characters. Won’t use anyplace that doesn’t help me politely with something I’ve bought there. The end.

Dawn helped us with chosing bathroom and kitchen products. Very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. So helpful in guiding us to the products that best meet our needs!

I stopped by to see a Kohler faucet in person, I was told I needed an appointment. The faucet I came to look at was literally 15 feet from me, the front desk guy chuckled when I asked if I could just look at that one faucet and be on my way, he shook his head while exaggerating a nooooooo. I would have called back and placed the order with their sales person but went a mile down the road to Southern Pipe & Supply and purchased the faucet. Work on your customer service.

Waited until store opened to call on a Saturday morning about a tool I needed for a project I’m in the middle of. My call was answered and the phone was immediately hung up on three times over the course of an hour. Guess y’all dont need my business that bad. Heading over to one of your competitors now. Not the way to grow your business, folks. I won’t be bothering you again.
