I called my regular plumber for a clogged sink. He couldn’t come, injured. Recommended second plumber.
Second plumber came, couldn’t fix. Said it had to be “jetted”.
Called three different companies that the second plumber recommended. Zoom Drain was the only one that could get to me TODAY. Ron was the technician that came out. He was there when he said he was. He came in and evaluated the issue. He gave me a estimate before he even started. When he was done, he cleaned the area he operated in. The estimate was on point and I do not feel it was unreasonable. They even backed their work with a three months.

Sam came out to unclog the commode my senior father uses. Sam took time to explain the process and cost. Most important to me was his professionalism and the care he showed for my home. He put plastic down to protect the area. Of course waste was in the commode. He eventually had to remove the commode. He got the sewer line unclogged, mounted the commode. Even more impressive was the cleanliness he left the commode which was a mess. Outstanding service from Sam.

I can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of the two men with Zoom Drain who came to my home in Redmont to help me clear a gutter pipe that ran from the back of my house, all the way under the house and out to the street in front. They were very careful not to damage the copper gutter and downspout in the rear of the house as they worked with their ladder and pressurized water hoses to clear the gutter drain. They also took great care in cleaning up the mud and debris that was left behind after the pipe was cleared. These guys offer quality and professionalism and a 90 day warranty on their work! I highly recommend this company and will be referring them to friends and clients!

Sam came out the same day we called, and resolved our issue quickly for a fair price. Very satisfied with the work and with Sam's expertise, and we won't hesitate to call again in the future.

I used Zoom Drain today to clear a pipe that was causing water to back up into my master bath shower. The technician, Sam Harper was very nice and was careful to cover our shower with a protective rubber mat to keep the both of us getting into trouble with the missus 😉. Sam was very pleasant to work with and I feel confident that he dislodged whatever was stopping up our drains.

House repairs are never fun but thanks to Zoom drain they made it easy. Sam did a stellar job with repairing my garbage disposal. He waisted no time in finding the issue and a solution to repair it. I would like to thank tech Sam Harper for all his hard work, patience, diligence and persistence on trying to fix my clogged kitchen drain. He went above and beyond! I called and received same day service and he even showed up about an hour earlier than scheduled. After all the hours of physical labor unfortunately my issue was unresolved. Over 50 years of grease guck and who knows what else was too much to resolve. In spite of it all I'm still giving a 5 star rating for great customer service and I would still recommend Zoom Drain service for your needs.

Zoom Drain technicians arrived at my home 30 minutes after I spoke to the receptionist about my clogged kitchen sink. They quoted my job and got to work. The clogged was extremely bad. They had to get a larger snake. Still didn't clear the clogged. They went to the basement and checked the clean outs with even a larger snake. After working approximately two hours, they fixed the clogged, clean out the drain from my kitchen all the way through my house to the were it leaves the house. The water drains perfectly now. Then they cleaned up after themselves, really well. So now it's time to pay, I was waiting to see how much all the extra work was going to cost me. It cost the original quote they gave me when they got here not one cent more. I was very pleased. And by the way, they give free quotes. If you don't like their price they just leave, no charge for coming out and looking at your problem. This is my new plumber, I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Zoom Drain came out this afternoon within 30 mins of me calling for service. They texted a picture of my technician and called as they were headed our way.

Wasn’t urgent, but they came by fast. Sam Harper was our technician and he was polite, friendly and informative. We had a clean out that was overflowing in the yard. He recommended a Hydrojet service which was roughly $699 and a flat rate. Seemed like a fair price based on my google searches. Cleared the clog and warranty up to 3 months of service. Also replaced the clean out cap with a new one that actually works vs the old one that was on there.

Customer service was excellent and payment was easy online.

Overall process was easy and timely.
