Awful customer service. First of all, it took them forever to get the shipment for our order. When the plumber came to install everything there was a piece missing. I called about it on Friday and said they would call me back. They never did, so I had to call again on Monday. The lady who sold us the items (Dawn) was very curt, saying that she had put that piece in the box herself and she could order another one, but she would have to charge me for it. I did not appreciate the way she talked to me or the way she handled the situation. She made it sound like I was lying about the missing piece. I told her to not order another one, that I found it on amazon and would get it from there. Thank you very much (not). Never ordering from there again, especially from Dawn!

If you're a big company and want to do business with V & W, then you'll probably get treated right.

But, from my personal experience as an individual, they couldn't care less about you.
They did not have the part in stock, and they had no interest in trying to obtain it for me. (even though they said they order it if I couldn't get it anywhere else)

I've never been to a business that turns away a customer like this.

So, I can take a hint, I will not be back!

Dawn is always my go to when I need professional and timely help. She is knowledgeable about all products and quick to suggest products to fit your needs. The showroom is top notch and a great place to take clients. Thanks for all your help!

The only plumbing supply that I use , always got what i need , great staff with Ole Buck and Stone willing to deliver even the smallest order to wherever we need

Awesome place !! Had a leak in my front yard from the main pipe coming in from the street. It was a weird bushing attached to a cutoff switch. Greg was awesome on the phone and even had me email some pics of the bushing that had cracked, which caused the leak. Went in there and spent $2.50 for the bolt/bushing and installed myself. Thanks to them and their help we saved what could've been close to $4-500 to have someone come out and repair. Seemed like everyone I talked to there who helped me genuinely wanted to help me.

Great customer service and Dawn is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. One of the best in the business. To the person who had a bad experience with her, that is totally a fluke. Writing something negative over a simple part and the slander of a great sales person's name is well you decide. I would highly recommend Dawn and VW Supply for any plumbing needs that you have. Dont take any of these reviews to heart. Go meet Dawn for yourself. (Set an appointment). You make your on judgement. Thanks again Dawn and VW for all that you do......

As a builder, we are only as good as the team we have working alongside of us. Dawn with V&W in Birmingham is a standout. She is organized and knowledgeable. The showroom is great for the customer on the front-end, and the service from Dawn and the team is a huge asset for me when it comes times to get the fixtures to the job sight!

Lauren Doss of V&W Supply Company was tremendously helpful to my husband and me recently when we remodeled both of our bathrooms. V&W has a large selection of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, ranging in style from traditional to ultra-modern. Lauren met with us and walked us through their large showroom, demonstrating features of the various products, helping us to chose products that would fit our needs and budget. After we had made our selections, she coordinated the delivery with our contractor, and the delivery arrived perfectly on schedule. All of the products are high quality at an affordable price. We highly recommend V&W Supply Company for bathroom and kitchen fixtures and plumbing needs.

I’d like to share my experiences of working with Dawn Calvert at V&W for the past 15 plus years. I’m a kitchen and bath designer. I rely on Dawn’s vast knowledge and many years in the plumbing industry to help guide my clients in making the best choices for their home. Dawn is professional and easy to work with, putting my clients at ease when making important decisions about their project. The previous review where someone called Dawn out specifically for one possibly missing part is simply inaccurate. I’d say my years of experience and great service with Dawn and V&W should outweigh one person’s bad day and ugly comments.

My wife and I made an appointment to look at bath fixtures on Friday March 21st. We were needing to make a decision on a whole master baths fixtures asap. When we arrived the woman at the front desk couldn’t find where we made a reservation. She was very condescending in asking if we had come to the right place. After a few minutes she went to ask some other people. One of the sales women asked our name and said she recognizes the name and that she had taken the call and set our appointment. On to looking at the bath fixtures with Angie. She showed us what we wanted to see, picked some things for her to send pricing for. We told her quite a few times that we needed the quote asap. She said that was no problem and that she could have it to us by the next Wednesday. That came and went and we didn’t have a quote. My wife called the next Friday and spoke to Angie who said she would have it sent by the end of the day. She didn’t send it then. A couple more follow emails and still nothing. At this point we went to another store. We were able to get a quote the same day we went in the competitor. Made a decision to move forward with it. Got everything ordered and delivered from them. Then, 7 weeks after we met with Angie, she finally sent the quote on May 8. Really? 7 WEEKS later! I can’t recommend this place at all. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Notified me 30 minutes before arrival. He explained all the billing, est., etc. and got to work. He figured out the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend these folks.

These guys were great! Ronald came and helped me unclog my entire shower system the day we called him. Super friendly, quick response and got the job done! 5 stars

Had them replace a garbage disposal and they did a great job at a fair price. Communicated throughout the process and Sam Harper and team did a great job. Will use them again on future projects.
